I love this salon. They have awesome pedicures with cool options like paraffin wax. I also have had gel manicures here. They do a great job. Sometimes it’s difficult to make appointments though

I have come here several times for a mani & a pedi. The service is very good. The pedi chairs are very comfortable, the establishment is extremely clean and the ladies are very sweet. The prices are not «NYC» so expect to pay more but I think it is worth it. I find it hard to stay awake during the pedi between the wonderful jelly they rub all over your feet to the paraffin wax to the hot towels and the leg massage. The average time in the deluxe pedis are just about an hour. I typically get the gel mani and it lasts a solid two weeks. I am a huge gardener and cook so my hands are very abused. So if you are opposite of me I am sure it will last longer. I pay around $ 70 for both and it is an expensive treat but so relaxing. I think it is worth the price when you have a clean establishment and the tools they used are sanitized. I plan on returning and with the amount of chairs available it’s a great place for a girls trip because you can be in the same room and talk to each other.

I went to Natural Nails for a mani/​pedi this past Monday night. Tuesday afternoon I noticed a large chip on the corner of one of my fingernails. By Wednesday there were many more. I was not going to go back but then a friend talked me into calling because, well, I paid for it and also left a generous tip. I called Thursday and told the woman who answered what had happened. She said I may have oily nails. I have had many manicures and this has never happened. I am usually lucky and they look good for at least 5 – 7 days. She told me to come to the salon and she would look at them. I told her I was a 20 minute drive away and would be on my way shortly. When I got there she looked at my nails and said that they don’t guarantee «regular» nail polish and that if I got Gel polish then she would help me. I have had the gel in the past and although I love the way it looks, it damaged my nails. I was not asking for a whole new manicure with filing, trimming cuticles etc. but rather just to fix the polish as it should not chip after 1 day and look horrible by day 3. After some discussion,(in front of two other customers) she reluctantly told one of the nail technicians to «only fix the parts where it was chipped» She was not going to fix all of them. Every nail but two were chipped. I felt humiliated and embarrassed.

Several coworkers recommended this nail salon, so I figured I’d check it out. I brought a male friend, and we both got the $ 35 pedicure. They start with a jelly soak, which is a gentle exfoliator, then get into what I“m used to at a pedicure… but it didn’t stop with just the cuticle trim, nail filing, and callus removal. I also received a paraffin treatment, and a nice, long leg and foot massage. The polish turned out nicely, too. The total pedicure lasted almost an hour. I felt very relaxed afterwards, and my nails looked nice. The salon appeared to be very clean, as well. My male friend had never had a pedicure, and was very pleased with his experience. His feet looked great afterwards, and he said he’d totally go again.

Girlfriends and I bought the Groupon deal, went to get here mani/​pedi last Friday! First time in my life had a manicure without my hands are soaked into the luke water! Pedi took less than 20 minutes. I wasn’t happy with the pedicure at all, had to tell the girl cut the cuticles properly a couple of times. When I refused to pay the tip, the owner followed me outside asking for the tip, and shouting to me DO NOT come back to my saloon again! Stay away from this place.
