I never thought I would be writing a 5-​star review for people who I paid to stab me with a needle, but these people are so kind and caring. I am what is known as a «difficult stick» — it is hard to find a vein from which to get blood so I dread blood tests. But Regina and the other technicians have hearts of gold. I am so happy that I found this place where they treat me like a person with feelings not just another arm (or hand) to jab!
