PUKE! This place needs to be shut down. The homeless/mentally ill have taken over. One guy was spitting in the soda machine, while his drug buddies were going back and forth inside the restaurant to outside about a hundred times. The food is disgusting and takes FORRRRREVER!!! Nasty! Will never be back here!

It’s a Carl’s Jr, typical good fast food. Why even review it if you know what I know about this place, lol so go enjoy your burgers! So far my 2 favorites are the diablo and guacamole meals, give them a try.

OK we waited 20 minutes to order. We have been sitting here for another 20. Two people behind the counter. One kid is working his ass off. The fat chick at the register is just standing there. Four tables now waiting for food. Food just got here after waiting 35 minutes. The one star is for the food.

Really Carl’s Jr Ukiah? We stopped by while passing through. You have a homeless camp in your back parking lot. Then to top things off, the cashier gives me a pen in the shape of a syringe to sign my receipt. You have definitely sent me a «don’t stop here» message as we are not your target clientele.

You can’t call it «fast» food, because it takes FOREVER to get your food, the deep fried food tastes like burnt rancid oil, without a doubt, the worst Carls Jr. I have ever been to. I have given this place several chances(shame on me!) as I live in the neighborhood, but I am finally done with this terrible restaurant! Staff was not unfriendly, but the food is crap!

Service is always slow. Staff always seems like they are a person short. It’s Carl’s Jr., so it’s decent food but I have never been to a Carl’s Jr. that was this slow. If I don’t feel like waiting 30 minutes in the drive through, going in doesn’t help either. It still takes at least 20 minutes to get anything made.

I received by far the worst service ever here. The incompetent cook/manager got our order wrong twice. After demanding our money back and really having to explain why, we were confronted by some backwoods oaf behind the counter who wasn’t even wearing a Carl’s jr uniform. After rudely being told that this ignorant individual didn’t appreciate our attitude, I was at a loss for words. Really! Customer service is really not that difficult. If you can, avoid this sh**hole like the plague.

I would not call this place a «fast food» joint. Waiting time is horrendous, no matter if you eat in the lobby or go through the drive thru. If you are hungry and are in one hell of a hurry, skip over this place because average waiting times are 10+ minutes, easily, even if there are only a couple cars in the drive thru.

Tasty burgers for a fast food joint. A buck or two more than McDonalds or BK but much more edible than that crud. Tasty even, but I said that already. It’s no In n Out burger but not bad. Only downside is the fifteen minute wait, but at least it’s fresh. Never had mixed up orders and service is friendlier than nasty McDonalds.

Never ordered. Waited for cashier five minutes, nobody there. Not worth going back if you have to wait to order the food.

Got the Big Chicken Fillet. Hot fresh and tasty. Forgot to ask for a regular vs fresh baked bun as I’m not a big fan of the fresh baked ones they have … but still pretty good. Very friendly service and clean eating area. I’d visit again without any qualms.

Worst Carl’s Jr experience I have ever had. Waited in the drive through line for fifteen minutes. Food was overpriced and inedible. Also charged $ 1.19 for tap water with the price of a combo meal. I recommend avoiding this food trap at all costs.

Went thru the drive thru today. I waited 10 minutes to get my food. Gal inside said ‘sorry, we’re understaffed’. no duh. Inside is no different. I waited so long for my meal that by the time it got to me it was barely warm. The inside is not clean either. Carpet is just about black. Won’t make this mistake again. I’m pretty sure it’s the Ukiah store too. Other CJ’s are much better.

It’s hard to go wrong with a chain fast food restaurant. Our food was exactly as expected from eating at other Carl’s Jrs. The low rating is because even though it was half empty, it took almost 15 minutes to get our food!

Slower than molasses for dine in. We actually heard the employees in the back saying the fine in customers are the last priority due to drive thru metrics. Poor poor poor. ½ star. The Coke was good

I go here on occasion because I like the criss-cut fries and double western burger. This location, which is the only Carl’s Jr. nearby is extremely SLOW. Of the times I’ve been, probably between ten and twenty, I would go so far as to say not once did I wait less than 8MINUTES, and sometimes longer… for a ‘fast food’ order. Quality and friendliness are usually reasonable, but not exceptional. The wait time for an order is totally unacceptable, and very consistently so, but it’s the only place in a 1-hour driving radius that I know of to get the aforementioned items thus sometimes I make the sacrifice. If you go there, expect a wait.

My daughters an I had the most disgusting food here ever. We never eat here and now I know why. Please do not order the enchiladas I’m sure I got food poisoning and the new Burger on the menu looks fabulous until you get it. Totally false advertising. A McDonald’s cheese Burger has more meat on it. Wow very dissatisfied.
