Brought my SUV here for new brakes and they were efficient at getting me in quickly and did an excellent job at a fair price! The staff are friendly and easy to talk to and they are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend for any repair and maintenance.

They are great with speaking with costumers. Sadly when my mom and I took her SUV to have the battery charged it didn’t happen. We were met with a really nice man who said it would be ready in the morning. But in the morning we found out they hadn’t charged the battery like promised. They were also supposed to have done an oil change and didn’t do it.
BUT they were 100% right about the need for a new alternator. Where I wish they would have don’t what they promised they did show a good level of knowledge of vehicles and were pleasant and easy to talk to.

I’m not used to great customer service, and that’s exactly what I got here! They respect women, have fair prices & went the extra mile to get my car (and myself) happily on the road again. Quickest oil/​air job ever & they ran right over to the parts place to put new sparks in even though it was 20 min until closing time. I will never go back to Big O!
