Ader’s Tavern is a local bar that serves great drinks and food at a fair price. You will find a cozy atmosphere and a friendly crowd. Our locals consider it their home away from home. New guests come in a stranger and leave as a friend. Our portions are bigger than most, and our staff aims to please. Ader’s Tavern offers Home-Style American food and Traditional Italian Cuisine. There are daily lunch and dinner specials, and our standard menu is available everyday. Our burgers made the top four list on the Jersey shore. Tuesday is ½ priced burger night and Thursday is «Build Your Burger Night» starting at 5 Bucks, with free pool and ladies drink specials. Wednesday is pasta night with great Italian specials and all you can eat spaghetti and meatballs for under 10 bucks. Sunday is Our Steak and Eggs Breakfast with Cheryl’s special secret ingredient Bloody Mary for only $ 14.95 — That’s almost Free

Born in Pirano and having lived in Trieste Italy; Bruna couplesTraditional Italian Cuisine and Homestyle American Comfort food that is available to the patrons at Ader’s Tavern. Bruna hosts an annual Christmas and New Years Party with a special visit from Santa for the patrons children. «Richie Moe» Molinari, a Union Beach native and Ader’s Public Relations Rep has many promotions including a half-way to St. Paddy’s and Paddy’s day; and supports Law Enforcement and First Responder causes providing a Appreciation Party once a year. He is a member of the Monmouth County 200 Club and an Assoc. Member of Middletown Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) lodge #53; and is an honorary Irishman by Dublin Decree.
