Ordered on Seamless and after more than an hour of waiting after the reported delivery time I still had no food. The top reviews on Seamless said they delivered fast which was why I ordered. Cancelled the order without any hassle and the guy on the phone was polite and seemed concerned that I hadn’t gotten my food, so one star for that. Thanks, guy.

I love this place! Always fast and food hot! Driver is so nice and polite. Fries are so delicious and burger is always how I order it. Perfect place to order on cold days or nights when you just want relax!

Over one hour for delivery.
Sandwich and fries were cold. Ordered on EAT24. The chocolate shake was ok, it was pretty melted and syrupy. I enjoyed the roll the steak sandwich was on but the undercooked green peppers and mushrooms along with a low grade unseasoned steak made for an unpleasant taste. The seasoned French fries were so cold they felt like they had just come out of a freezer.
When I called the restaurant at the one hour mark inquiring about my delivery the person who answered was terse and unapologetic. I waited more minutes and finally the driver arrived. Nice young man and he promptly handed over the food. I restrained myself as I was looking forward to eating.
In the end, the food reminded me of the kinds of food I would seek after clubbing all night and I would stop at like a white rose kind place or a food truck near a college campus.
I suppose had I been exhausted and maybe even under the influence I might have really enjoyed the meal.
But stone sober, it was not so good.
Neither was the delivery experience.

Really good burgers, the chili needs some work, good prices, open pretty much the ideal time youd want to get the type of food they serve, I wish their fries weren’t so soggy upon delivery but other than that this place is a solid spot for munchies.

OK — where to begin. I ordered by phone and food came within a half an hour and I’m in the Heights. Granted this was last night which was a Tuesday. My daughter, who considers herself somewhat of a cheese steak connoisseur, naturally ordered one of those with the seasoned fries and said, nice sandwich, properly seasoned, not rubbery, NO complaints, High praise coming from her. I ordered the 4 piece fried chicken with fries. Very nicely done, crispy and hot. No bells or whistles just good tasting fried chicken with some probably frozen but pleasant tasting fries. So far so good — the potato salad was a disaster. And at 3.99 it’s a nice size but was not edible. It was fresh but made with something odd — either pure sugar or some other sweetener, could not even swallow a fork full — hint to Americana: THIS IS NOT POTATO SALAD, please improve — just add some REAL mayo and a bit of lemon or vinegar guys. So that item went straight to the DO NOT EVER ORDER AGAIN list. Delivery guy was friendly, professional and PROMPT. We’ll try this place again especially since it’s open til 3 am.

The driver from this spot is an aweful person. Not only did he almost run me over after speeding and making no attempt to stop when making a right turn he went on to insult me with obscenities. If these are the types of employees that this places has I will never order from them again.

omg where do i begin. turkey bacon was burnt and just tasted all bad. french toast was white bread slobbed in nastyness and burnt on one side. the home fries smelled TERRIBLE. the order took a whole hour and a half to deliver. the home friends leaked all over the bag staining my shirt. the people are just rude and abrasive. my house will stink for a few hours
eggs were just terrible why did i even bother ordering from this hell hole. next time ill read the advice and only order a burger cause this is already hurting my tummy… im going to have a bad day tomorrow because of this awful decision :/

We ordered the Northwest Burger and Chicken Cheese Steak. They were delicious!

This place has not disappointed me yet! Just had their tuna fish sub, and it was delicious. A good restaurant always makes good tuna in my opinion. Will continue to order in the future.

worst ever ! don’t order. Food takes 2 hour for delivery. But the worst part, food smells badly… I guess they use, previous day onions, which have turned black and are smelling. had to throw away half my food !

Not bad for the price. Big burgers with everything on it. Love the Texas Burger. I did order delivery once and had the burgers burnt when asked for well done. Ordered on another occasion and it was ok. Fries are pretty good too almost like those Checkers fries. They are open extremely late through 3−4am and deliver up til then. Order through grub-​hub quick and simple and it comes at a pretty decent time frame.

Best food in town love the burgers and delivery is pretty fast the also open till 3 am every day

This place is horrible. Food is eh. And it takes like 2 hours for a SANDWHICH! Really a sandwhich. I finally had to contact grub hub back and they refunded our order because the Turkey ham and cheese sandwhich was actually a get this. TURKEY-​HAM and cheese. See what punctuation does for you. And the bacon cheese fries. Turkey ham again. Apparently they don’t serve pork. That should be listed on the menu. Horrible will never order again from this place. 2 hours for a damn sandwhich are you kidding me?!
