Jankee was able to get me in for a haircut this afternoon and she was awesome! She looked through the pictures I brought in and then discussed what she planned to do which I always appreciate with a stylist. Throughout the cut she checked in with me to make sure it was the length and I wanted and then she gave me a great blow dry style that had lots of volume, which I told I love! This was my first cut with Jankee and I already can’t wait to come back!

I found this place while searching for salons in my area on Unilocal because I was in DESPERATE need of some color. The reviews were amazing so I figured I would give it a try. I called and and was greeted on the phone by Jackie who was very sweet and offered me an appointment for the very next day at 1. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t have been able to make it for that day and time. She told me that she would call me back and that she would do her best to accommodate me. Well, about 5 minutes later she called and offered to take me in today at 545. I immediately accepted and was very happy with the customer service. They actually care about their clients. I went into that place a HOT MESS, roots completely black (mind you my hair is red), color so faded it looked more orange then red. When I tell you that I left out of there feeling like a million bucks, I mean it. I was styled by Ada and this woman worked a miracle. My hair is shinier then it has ever been and the color just makes me feel super sexy! From the time that I walked in until the time that I left, these ladies spent the time on me to make sure that I got the exact results that I was looking for. I am very satisfied and I definitely recommend Bella Vista to anyone who is looking. I will be coming back real soon. Thank you ladies for making my experience so amazing.

I went to Bella vista salon on a rush given the fact that I needed a blowout. The fact that it was a little late I called to see if they would take me and they said yes. Walked in and consulted on getting some color and being so considerate Pia and Janki said yes well do it even though I was the last person. They were so nice and Jankee did an amazing job on my hair! Both ladies made me feel so welcomed and at home and even bought some wine to make the time pass by smoothly. I am a happy customer and will definitely be coming back. Jacky cut my hair. She is awesome. She takes time and talk to you about the style that is best for you. I had always long hair for my life and I decided to cut it short. After her cut, I don’t even remember why I had long hair in the first place. I love this place

Janki is THE BEST just to say the least ;). I got Botox keratin hair treatment done + hair cut/​trimming + other stuff. My hair is gorgeous now– I couldn’t be more satisfied :-))). I can definitely say that this is THE BEST hair salon in the area. Highly recommended to all :)

This was my first time here at Bella Vista Salon. I decided at 1 Pm that I definitely was in need of a hair cut. After reading all the Unilocal and it getting great reviews decided to take a chance and call. By my surprise I was thinking I was going to have an appointment in the middle of the week but they said they were able to take me today at 2. So i was very happy and jumped in the car immediately. Parking want so bad. I drove around once and got a spot up the block. When I went in it was very pretty and warm and inviting. They had a meditation statue and candle over the wash area and made it very peaceful in the place. My stylist was Jankee and she was so sweet. She tried her best to keep my hair as long as possible and she did because it was severely dry and damaged. She asked me what I wanted and have me alot of helpful tips and ideas. When I left I made an appointment for 6 weeks from today. So i guess I liked my haircut and will be back. Thank you Jankee.

I love this place!!! I was looking for a new salon as I am no longer satisfied with where I had been getting my hair done for the past 10 years. But I think I found my new place! Jackie is awesome! She made me feel at ease and is an awesome conversationalist as well as a superb stylist! I went away more than satisfied with my cut and color and the price was even better! I can’t picture myself going anywhere else.

Like previous reviews indicate, Jackie and her assistant do not only provide fantastic, personalized service, they also take their time getting to know their clients’ wishes and preferences. Jackie took her time, consulted with me, and provided her professional input. The cut was expertly executed and the final styling left me feeling fabulous! I will definitely be back for future cuts and blowouts!

Jackie and Johanna were amazing! Got my hair colored and cut and am so thrilled with the result! It’s totally worth the long drive for me and will definitely be returning in the future.

I just moved in the area and found Bella Vista through Unilocal reviews. I am glad I chose this place. The staffs are very friendly. Jackie gave me a perfect haircut and exactly what I was looking for. The best part is I just had to tell her minimal of what I needed and she understood it really well. I was 3 months postpartum when I stepped into this salon. I was experiencing a lot of hair loss at the time and needed someone supportive and kind to empathize with me. When I called to make the appointment, not only were they SO kind and understanding but they were able to squeeze me in that very day. I have curly hair with long layers, and Jackie did a GREAT job with the hair cut and style! I stepped out of the salon with my locks looking full and luxurious. That is exactly what I needed. Usually I am a «do it yourself-​er» when it comes to my hair. It’s a very terrifying thing to leave the faith of your hair in someone else’s hands, so when looking for an actual salon to go to, I really took the time to research hair salons in my area. I found Bella vista on Unilocal,and I thought I’d give it a try.
As soon as I made the phone call to setup my appointment I immediately felt at ease. Extremely professional, understanding, friendly and attentive (and that was just a 5 minute phone conversation). When I went in for my appointment it was just the same.
I knew going into this appointment I was asking them to do somewhat of a miracle. I am a natural blonde but have been dying my hair the blackest of black, and I was looking to get back to my natural hair color. Most places probably would either not wanted to touch my hair, or have gone straight to the bleach option, mostly likely leaving my hair extremely damaged, and having to cut a lot of it off.
They sat me down and did a test patch, so that they can really get a look at the condition of my hair, and different options to really rid my hair of all the black dye I have built-​up over sometime. Step by step I was explained exactly what was going to be done and what it would do to my hair. I know that going from black to blonde is a crazy process but they have made it a really great one. I am not yet at the blonde I want to be but the black is out and it really is an amazing start for only one session. My hair is not orange, copper, or any weird color, my hair is also still soft and has life, maybe a little more than before I went in. My next appointment is in two weeks and I am beyond excited to get back in that chair.

I tried this place for the first time yesterday, I loved it ! Jackie was amazing and listened to what I wanted. She definitely knows her stuff ! I got a haircut as well as a glaze. My hair looks beautiful and my fiancé loves it! In my opinion, all the services are reasonably priced. It will definitely be my new go to haircut place.

Finding the right stylist is difficult for our family since my daughter has thick long straight hair and I have short curly hair.
Finding one close by and clean and not stuffy is even better. I found all these things at Bella Vista. From the soft calming music to the team approach which keeps the process moving along, I was totally happy!

After many years and many salons resulting in me being miserable I decided to give Jackie a try. She was sweet, courteous, made me feel comfortable and was extremely helpful. She matched the color I showed her in a picture almost to the t. I couldn’t have been happier with my outcome. Definitely worth the trip and worth the money, total do over!

If you are paying 100+$ for your iPhone cover and it stays in your pocket all day, then you really need to treat you hair as well for a fraction of the cost. Jackie is a wonderfully talented stylist. I am a photographer in the area and have worked with many different hairstylists in my day and Jackie is friendly, knows her craft, and makes you feel comfortable and welcome.
Nice clean salon, plenty of room, great tunes playing and a really warm vibe.

Bella Vista Salon is THE place to get your hair cut and/​or colored in Hudson county. Jackie is the best and takes amazing consideration for what would look best on you in terms of both color and cut. Maybe the reason that Bella Vista doesn’t have more reviews on Unilocal is that everyone wants to keep it a secret. That can be the only reason.
I had my hair cut and highlights done this week, and I’m really happy with the entire experience, and I will definitely go back.
Jackie is super friendly, engaging and a real pro. It’s so nice to feel like you can give up control to someone who has the maturity and professional chops to take the little bit of guidance/​suggestion that I gave her and just run with it. I went in with shoulder length hair and came out with a pretty short cut, and I’m thrilled with it. Jackie gave me some very practical advise and styling hints and for the first time in a long time, styling my hair myself doesn’t look too bad.
Nice clean salon, plenty of room, great tunes playing and a really warm vibe. I was in and out of there in about two hours, which is pretty much a record for me when I get highlights done.
There are cheaper places to go, and I’ve been to a number of them. When I left Jackie’s chair I promised myself that I’d find some other place to economize on and not be cheap when it comes to my best accessory.
