Dishonest and unhelpful. A disgrace to the Sprint name. They are a «Sprint authorized retailer», not an actual Sprint store, contrary to the impression one gets from Sprint being in huge letters everywhere along with the Sprint logo. In particular, the Sprint 14-​day return/​exchange policy appears on their receipts and is posted in the store, but they don’t honor it! Avoid them like the plague!
