We needed ducts and a furnance installed. The website ServiceMagic recommended E&I (along with a few other firms). After talking with a few firms, checking references and checking the BBB we decided to go with E&I. Right from the beginning the owner Pascual was very accomodating in terms of setting up an appointment. I’m busy during the day, so he was willing to meet after work. The first time that we met it was very clear that Pascual really knows his stuff and is very passionate about his work.
The work that his crew did was also top quality. The furnance and ducts worked great from the beginning. All the vents we installed cleanly in our floors and look great. Also the workers were very conscientious in our house (they always used tarps so as not to get the carpet dirty).
Pascual was also very accessible both before and after the installation.
Regarding price, E&I was slightly below the next lowest estimate we got.
We wouldn’t hesitate to hire E&I again and would highly recommend E&I to anyone thinking about getting central heating work done.
