Amazing service, I signed a lease to an office and needed them to rid of the old carpet, George came promptly and did the measurements, and he sensed that I wanted the installation done sooner than later and within an hour or so their guys was at my office ripping up the old carpets and installing the new one. The guys worked in the blistering heat and finished in a few hours along with clean up and disposal of the old carpet, the price was very reasonable and they gave a quality service.

I’ve used Frank’s for 2 of my houses over the last 10 years and using them for a 3rd house. Quality service for large jobs (2000+ sq ft.). They’ve installed, carpet, tile, wood laminate and blinds for me. I always shop around and Frank’s has the most attractive prices with quick installation turnarounds from the time you order. They do onsite free estimates too.
I’ve read some of the other reviews on Unilocal about Frank’s and I can honestly say I’ve always received professional service from management and the installers/​laborers. Very very pleased and satisfied with them, and I recommend Frank’s to family and friends (actually they were recommended to me by a friend.)

what an AWFUL!!! and i mean awful place to buy a carpet… unproffesional to say the least. my «new» carpet is falling apart. its only 3 months old. ive had at least 6 people from that so called company come in to inspect such an awful job and they didnt do anything to make it right. so now im stuck with a terrible job… shredding carpet… and 3000 dollars later the owner himself basically told me to stop bothering him… what a disgrace

I wish I could rate Frank’s Carpet zero stars because the service was unbelievably bad. The man who did my installation was completely inexperienced and unskilled. They did such a shabby installation that I wish I could post pictures of it so everyone can see how ridiculous it is. Not only is it obviously flawed but they also ruined the product. Having unskilled workers is one thing but not uncommon, what really stung was that when the owner Raudel, came to inspect the work after I complained, he made excuse after excuse. He didn’t fix the problem… he
didn’t even apologize. He did absolutely nothing. If you work hard for your money and want to invest it in improving your home, go somewhere else. If you want to throw your money away, get frustrated and upset, and lower the value of your house, go to Frank’s Carpet.

It was a pleasure dealing with Frank’s Carpet from the first phone call, to going to their showroom and selecting a carpet with their helpful salesperson to the professional installation, and clean up.
