I’m not gonna lie. I was pretty scared to get my ingrown toenail removed. I had watched a LOT of YouTube videos and tried every home remedy I could to avoid going to the doctor.
Dr. Purisima is super pleasant, warm, and friendly. He answered all of my questions (and I had many) with ease and was very comforting. He’s young, energetic, knowledgeable and experienced. He told me the worst part would be the the needle followed by a burning sensation. That was scary but actually it was not bad at all. It was definitely much worse in my head.
Nice to have an honest, kind doctor so close by. I definitely recommend Dr. Purisima.
Also, his staff of young women were all very polite and helpful. The waiting room was a bit of a circus on a Saturday morning and I had to wait about an hour but as a new patient and a walk in, it wasn’t so bad.
