Great experience!!! I call TY (sales person) 30 mins after they closed, and still entertain me and my family, very knowledgable at there product, at the same time i’ve never felt pressure to buy my bed, and then Jonathan the Store Manager was very helpful as well, very genuine. Did end up buying the product at a better deal than competitor! definitely recommended!!!

Tyrone and Jonathan were so friendly and helpful! Prices were better than any we’ve visited and they even had a price match guarantee with an additional 10% off (way better than the other place across the street). They were both really patient when trying out each mattress and very knowledgeable about what each product was. What can I say about Tyron that already hasn’t been said? The reviews speak for itself. If you go anywhere else to buy a mattress you are fooling yourself. I’ve been a fan of Mancini (particularly this location) since I purchased my mattress 9 years ago (still in good condition). Ever since then, I’ve gone back with friends and family who always got a good deal. Most recently I purchased a bigger bed and needed a newer mattress. Not going to lie — I was kind of dreading buying a mattress given how expensive it has become. When we walked in to Mancini, we were immediately approached by Tyron — not your typical sales person. He has a great personality and knew his products so well. He was able to explain the differences in types and prices. I was able to find a mattress within my budget and to top it off it was comfortable. Also, you can’t beat the free delivery. Who knew I would have such a fun time at a mattress store haha. 10 stars for Tyrone!!!

I took my daughter shopping for a bed. We went to a few mattress stores before coming to Mancini’s Sleepworld. Jonathan greeted us with a friendly smile. He showed us several mattresses at different firmness, as we had some idea what we were looking for. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about their products. Me and my girlfriend decided to replace my futon bed with a real bed.
At first, we decided we’re going to go to a nearby Sleeptrain. On the way there, we saw Mancini’s Sleepworld in Union City and thought «hey lets just check out the prices».
This was our first time in this store and we’re surprised by the variety of beds that they have. Jonathan came to us and help us with what we need.
We like how jolly and really helpful he is to us, and not just pushing us the most expensive bed we could afford like what we experienced in SleepTrain.
Ultimately, we found a bed that we want in an affordable price. However, we left to check Sleeptrain since we are still canvassing prices.
At Sleeptrain, we are just underwhelmed with both the customer service, the ambience and the small selection of beds that they have.
We tried other bed stores too but we went back Mancini’s not just because of the price but because of customer service.
5 stars to Mancini’s in UC and Jonathan.

Customer service was excellent!!! Me and my family came here to look around for a new bed and we were met by Jonathan who was very friendly and nice. He listened to our requests and showed us mattresses base on what we told him. I’m very happy with the bed that we bought from him and WILL MOST DEFINITELY go back when it’s time to upgrade our kids beds. I will recommend this place to everyone I know! Delivery was fast and there were no problems with that either.

Mancini’s Sleepworld is easy to find and located just off of 880 in the Union Landing Shopping area. There is a private lot shared with other stores but parking is not an issue. There is a large showroom floor with a variety of mattresses, accessories, and bedroom furniture.
I already been to a few other Mattress Stores and had general idea what I was interested in. Inside I was shortly greeted by Tyron Johnson. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Tyron should us a variety of mattresses to try out, asked us various questions to get an idea what we were looking for and would benefit us the most. He had us try various mattresses then explained the technologies very well and made it easy to understand. After sampling a variety of mattresses Tyron helped us find specifically what type of mattress we needed.
Overall, Tyron made mattress shopping effortless and efficient. He seemed very genuine and at no point I did not feel any pressure to make a purchase immediately. Tyron was a pleasure to work with and exceeded my expectations. Purchasing a mattresses is a very important investment and I am very happy with the mattresses he helped us find.
If you need a new mattresses then definitely come by.

We asked him a couple questions and he didn’t know the answer so he called a coworker.
Excellent service, but the store is cramped.
My Partner was in a wheelchair, and the store was hard for him to maneuver.
We went to the store around 8:15 P.M. and Tyron didn’t complain because we made him stay over closing time to complete our purchase.

First mattress purchase into the adult world at Mancinis! Came in, waited for about 10 mins since all 3 employees were busy. Talked to Jonathan and I told him that I was ready to buy (my sister just bought the store memory foam brand).
I asked a couple of questions regarding my back and wanted to confirm that the memory foam mattress I was about to purchase would help ease the back pain. He reassured me that this new mattress compared to my old 15+ year old one would do the trick (well, duhh to me). I also appreciated that he didn’t try to up sell me. I looked at other mattress stores and was looking into a tempurpedic, but I don’t think I’m ready for that kind on investment yet. Anyway, I was slightly sad that they sold out of my mattress so I have to wait till next weekend for delivery, but hey! What’s 6 days of waiting compared to over 3 months of back ache? I ended up buying the mattress and box spring set (you get a slight deal buying the set). Pricier early birthday present to myself, however, my wallet doesn’t feel too bummed. Going to start 2016 with better sleep! Can’t get any better than that!

Tyron was the first who greeted us upon entering the store and our first impression to him was that he was a very reliable and knowledgeable overall. he basically answered everything we asked him and then some. We had zero knowledge when it comes to mattresses and actually didnt have a plan on buying one asap but With Tyron’s help, we were able to get the mattress and base we really wanted. I can’t wait to sleep on our new matress and base!!!
oh, the rest of the crew were very accomodating as well so even if Tyron’s busy, the others will help you as well ok!

Was there at this place yesterday. We were immediately greeted by Tyron. He was very patient and friendly even though we walked in at the closing time. Place was neat and clean.
We were looking for a bed and mattress. He explained about the mattress and also about the headboard we were looking. He was patiently checking the inventory to find what we need.
Overall it was great experience and definitely recommend talking to him if you are looking for a good customer service.
