We came in on a Saturday night and I was surprised the place wasn’t fully packed. They defiantly were busy but we sat ourselves at the counter and quickly got noticed. The waitress was very attentive and figured out we were not fluent in Spanish very quickly. Lol She helped us pick out her favorites from the chicken and fish section. I ordered the chicken with mushroom sauce and he got the same but with sole. It was delicious! I was a little disappointed at the fried plantains, which was lacking flavor, but the baked ones were perfect. Everything was huge portions. I would defiantly go back. I watched a concoction of other good foods which I’d love to try. Overall, yum!

I love coming to this place whenever I visit North Bergen Municipal Court. It’s full of Spanish culture and Colombian food reasonably priced and always good. The prices are great too don’t miss out it’s one block one long block from the courthouse

Yummy food at good prices if you are looking to hit that Latin food spot. Rice and beans, maduros and chicharrons!!! Not a fancy place but food is extremely tasty and the restaurant is clean. Noches is famous for the Columbian bread, made with cheese, I think! Definitely a good place to hit up!

Food was amazing! I ordered the Bandejas platter. A bit larger than expected, but that didn’t stop me from packing it to go and enjoying the plate twice!

Good stuff, boyfriend and I stopped in while just taking a Sunday cruise in the new car. I had a colombian empanada(delicious) and he had gotten some of the breads to eat, I do not know the names, one had cheese and the other was very simple appeared to look like a donut. Overall, was tasty. They also serve hot dishes here but have not tried them, I do look forward to going back to try them one day.

My favorite takeout place but apparently the ladies that get my order on the phone doesn’t get my address correctly or my food order!!! even if I repeat myself 5 times !!! They still miss my drinks or put the wrong apartment number. And it’s not that difficult because I even speak Spanish.

Stopped by yesterday…2 kids 2 adults. The waitress(Martha) was so damn rude from the moment she approached us. I’ll never go back. She took our order and seemed annoyed the whole time. We got 2 plates after ordering 4. After about 10 – 15 minutes I asked about my food and my sons food, again she was irritated that we were bothering her. She never came back to ask if we needed anything else. My hubs asked for the check and she continued to walk by while saying«ya!» Whatever the hell that means! No eye contact, no thank you, nada, when she brings the check. Maybe she should be working at Walmart instead. Will never go back. *Empanadas cold and hard. Eggs cold. Arepas hard as a rock.

I have been a customer of this restaurant for 10 over years but after today’s experience I doubt that I will be going back. Let me start by saying the food is excellent, the portions are large, and the price is reasonable. The one star review is due to what I feel is poor customer service and unsanitary conditions. To start the waiter had the worse customer service I experienced in any restaurant period. He brought a jar of lemonade and left the cups there for us to serve ourselves(no big deal), the problem started when the food came. He brought me a Churrasco that was colder than my drink, he never brought the dressings for our meet and Salad, so we had to wait another 10 minutes for a different waiter to bring us dressing. The kids food came 20 minutes after ours, but he never told us anything as of why, I had to asked him how much longer for the rest of the order to come out and then suddenly the food was ready(did he forget it? Not sure, but he did repeat the order a few times back to me). He never came back afterwards to check if everything was ok with the order, therefore with had no more drinks for the rest of the night. I would overlook all of the above if it wasn’t for the fact that we spotted a ROACH crawling on the wall. I told the waiter immediately but he simply smiled and walked away(seriously?). I saw the waiter informing management(I knew they were talking about it as they kept staring at our table) but no one ever came over to apologize or even address the issue. Now I am sitting in front of a delicious meal thinking if I should eat it or not. If roaches are crawling on the walls, why wouldn’t they be in the kitchen? I found the entire experience very upsetting, I spent $ 100 for horrible customer service and possible filthy food. I will taking my business to another Noches de Colombia. Sadly this branch has lost my business after 10 long years. Their tasteful food is not worth me sitting with ROACHES!

I happen to come by this restaurant after a conference with some friends. Browsing through their menu, I could immediately tell that this place was affordable, especially since Colombian restaurants often served huge servings of food, from my previous experience. And boy was right! I ordered the pechuga empanizado(breaded chicken breast) and it was huge! The chicken alone was the as big as the plate. It came with maduros(sweet plantains), an arepa, and rice. Unfortunately it did not come with beans, which is customary. So I had to order that separately. Regardless, it was delicious! The serve was so-so as our waiter ignored a few times while we were still talking to him. Fortunately the food came very quickly, so that balanced it. The restaurant was nice except for the bathroom which was a mess. There was wet toilet paper on the floor and liquids by the toilet. Overall, good affordable food, so so service and so so atmosphere.

This is a review for their TAKEOUT I love their food, been many times. This time ordered 2 avocado salads and 6 empanadas to go(a mini potluck with some gfs). The food is still good, the same quality you expect with dine in. But don’t expect quick service. I would definitely recommend calling ahead if you know what you want. I wasn’t sure so decided to check the menu and take my chances waiting. It was a 20 min wait — for 2 salads and empanadas which I assume are already made. Still, what can you do, if you crave them you crave them.

Came here today, on New Year’s Day, for some brunch and oh man, they did not disappoint! First of all, props to them for being open today. They gettin that $$$! Second, our waitress was awesome. Clearly, bf and I don’t speak Spanish, and she tried her best to communicate with us! Get this. We paid $ 35, not including tip, for our whole meal and we are A LOT. So because we ate so much, I’m just going to do this buzzfeed style and list! — Beef empanada. Not to be mistaken with PR empanadas, these were filled with some kind of potato and beef. Delicious, you can’t go wrong. — Chicharon. The fat is fried to a crisp. Need I say more? — Grilled steak with two sides, white rice and tostones. I like PR and Dominican style tostones better as these were thicker. The white rice was on point. This also same with a small russet potato that’s been stewing in some sauce. This dish was delicious and they gave a super huge serving of steak, it seemed. — Breaded shrimp with fries(and tostones, it was our default choice. Wish we tried other sides!). Bf was impressed. The shrimp was breaded well and crispy, while the inside was moist. Oh, and the shrimp… They’re freakin huge. This was a good entrée. Another important thing to mention — the fries were crispy and well seasoned! — The coffee is a must have if you’re into coffee. It’s deliciously made. Overall, the service was exceptional. It was fast and friendly. Upon asking for the check, we asked if they had batidos. And what our waitress’s favorite was. She suggested passion fruit and it did not disappoint. Again. All this food for $ 35. No joke, pay them a visit

I would’ve put one star but even a homeless man could afford this place. The other noches de Colombia locations are better. The food was cold and they messed up my fried sweet plaintains. How dare you mess up my plaintains. I didn’t come to America to get crappy plaintains!!!

Good food, but I’m pretty sure the person who took my order took my credit card info to make fraudulent purchases! Within 12 hours after coming here my card was used for two unauthorized purchases not too far from the location in Union City. IFYOUDECIDETOCOMEHEREUSECASHONLY!

This is the kind of place where you truly feel that you have family members cooking up a storm in the kitchen. I have many Colombian friends so I pretty much grew up eating Colombian food. The servers here are all nice ladies. The food? Its really really good! I am a soup fanatic so whenever I crave a delicious, hearty, and flavorful soup with a Latin touch this is my neighborhood go-to spot. They change their soups daily, on tuesdays they serve Sopa de Albondigas(meatball soup), and on thursdays they serve the Sancocho de Gallina(hen soup). These are my two favorite soups! If you order the large portion you will get a side of rice n salad; all of this for under ten bucks! Their breakfast are also very good. Go for the Calentado con Huevos fritos, a side of Chicharron, and a Café con Leche. You must must MUST have their Pan de Bono. Trust me, you wont regret it and you probably wont eat for the rest of the day; They are very generous with their portions.

Craving Colombian food? This sure is the place to go! I have been coming here for years and I still can’t get enough of it! It’s just excellent! The staff is always very nice and the service is very quick! Everything on the menus is great, they have so many items that are all equally great that is hard to choose what to get sometime You can never go wrong getting a order of empanadas, and their Chicharon is to die for! For a entrée, I always get the Carne Asada, just plain YUM. They also serve the best rice and beans ever! Wash it all down with some Manzana(apple soda) your in heaven! They even offer desserts here as well which is always a nice treat! Even though the meals I. General are a little pricey, it is worth it and there are ALWAYS leftovers to bring home! The portions are HUGE and no I’m not exaggerating. The best thing about this place is that it’s a chain restaurant in our area. I have been to all of them to see if they are all good and sure enough they are! Great job Noches for always being consistent! Still not convinced? Well here’s another example for you, my dad is a full blooded Italian man at heart and he is even obsessed!
