Without going into too much detail, they would not honor the manufacture tread-wear warranty. The tires were only at 38k miles but the Michelin tread-wear warranty was for 70k miles. If you want someone that stand behind there products, this isn’t the place.

Honey and I have been to this location twice for service. The first time, we needed to have our tires replaced; the second time, we needed brake service and an oil change. The price for the tires was more than fair and the service was completed quickly. Our interactions with the guys on duty were pleasant, the waiting area was comfortable and we looked forward to coming back for service in the future. When it was time to have our brakes serviced, for some reason we stopped at another national chain(associated with some dudes named Manny, Moe & Jack!) where they tried to lighten our wallets by telling us that we had an «oil leak» that would cost us $ 500 to repair… and that was just LABOR! Needless to say, we hightailed it out of there and went to NTB where we should have stopped first anyway, and got the services we needed done at the price we expected with NOMENTION of an «oil leak». Thank goodness for some HONESTY in an industry where it seems to be the norm to lie to unsuspecting customers who are pretty much at your mercy. We’ll definitely be returning to this location for future service!

Needed 4 tires replaced. After going to about 6 places in town, found they had the best price, over $ 150 less than some places, and a good quality tire. Friendly salesman. Had them on and ready to go in about an hour and a half. They were even nice enough to fill my break fluid up. No complaints. I definitely recommend this place for your tire needs in Union City.
