Pop N Go Plumbing and Drains

There are times you don’t fix it yourself DIY. This is when you need a professional and bonded plumber to do it and this is the man for you. I came home from my volunteer work to find my wife trying to dry our bathroom floor from being flooded. After surveying the damage, I found the problem was from the corroded ptrap pipe of our vanity being dislodged from the main drain line that goes inside the wall. It is also the main pipe of the other bathroom from across the wall. Easy fix, I told myself. Went out to buy the necessary parts and went to work on it. The problem really started when I could not dislodge the corroded pipe from the wall, even when I sprayed it with WD lubricant. This is when I told myself that I wouldn’t want to risk damaging the main pipe because if that happens, the whole wall has to be ripped off to install a new drain system $$$. I call Joe and we set an appointment for the following day, a Sunday to come to the house. He follows it up with a call before the appointed hour. He surveys the work to be done which explained to me and also recommends to have a snake clear the main drain, since he already has access to it. He has a whole list of jobs to be done with the corresponding rates to which he gives me a senior discount. I make the decision before signing the paperwork — very professional and gets to work immediately after. His rates are very competitive and clearing my main drain is good for another 10 years as Joe tells me.
Hiring Joe than fixing it myself gave me a sense of relief and peace of mind that if something went wrong, I would blame myself and will eventually cost more and definitely not worth the hassle. I’m a happy camper. Thank you, Joe

Joe first came out to help us when we had a water heater emergency. It had actually flooded to another part of our home and we were surprised to learn that it was not up to code. Joe corrected the situation and took the time to make sure it was done right so that it wouldn’t flood again. He also gave us a good discount. Previous plumbers we’ve used in the past never even told us that our old water heater was not up to code. We were so impressed by the quality of his work that we asked him again to help us a second time when our garbage disposal gave out. He informed us that the old piping was done wrong. Joe is honest, reliable, respectful, easy to talk to, has a good work ethic, and seems to genuinely care about his customers. He even called us a few weeks after to check how everything is working. Big thanks to Joe for all his work. We finally have a plumber we can trust! I am absolutely pleased with the service I received. Joe is very knowledgeable, works fast and is efficient. I am definitely reusing his service when the time comes. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and gave me different options on how to repair my water heater. I thought this process would take forever, but he finished completely replacing the water heater in less than 3 hrs. Thanks for the great service!

This guy is awesome! I can’t give enough stars. I don’t know if you have ever had a water heater go out, but it’s an EMERGENCY! I called Joseph and made an appointment. I knew right from the start that it would be a good experience because he was PUNCTUAL! I showed him my situation and he gave it to me straight with my options. I was debating tankless or not and he was able to give me all the pros and cons. He was punctual, knowledgeable and completely cleaned his mess when done! Thank you Joseph! We had clogged drains at 5:30 last Friday evening and needed someone to come out ASAP to clear them. We called several plumbers and got their voicemails (much to our frustration), but when we called Pop N Go, Joe answered the phone himself and said he could come out in an hour. He called a couple of times within the hour just to keep up updated, and was at our house within an hour as promised. He was very friendly and professional and cleared out the drain in 40 minutes. We’ll definitely call him back for any future plumbing issues!
