R&R Event Rentals

Raman and Raveen are SUCH a delight to work with and their décor is just STUNNING! I am so glad I booked them as my decorator, they did not disappoint. Their execution for each wedding event was just flawless. They did my home décor, Sangeet, wedding Mandap and Reception and I could not have been happier with the results. Everyone only said wonderful things. Their décor is one of a kind and exudes the beauty that comes along with Indian weddings. Raman and Raveen are extremely professional and easy to work with. They cater all the décor to your vision and taste. I didn’t really need to say much, they just understood. I can’t say it enough, they are so AMAZING, thank you so much for helping make our dream wedding come true!!!

Our wedding was on May 8, 2016 at mission paradise in Hayward.
There are just no words to say how great they were. But, I am going to try to do justice. The place was so amazing with the décor they had done. Totally amazing. Splendid. We had a budget to work with and they did an amazing work. TBH I feel like they did more than what our budget was and it was beyond our expectation. The total place looked amazing. Starting with the entrance. It was just paradise for us. We had he draping for the three walls around the stage and it was amazing to just look at them when we entered and saw it for the first time. My wife and I feel that they really captured what we wanted and did more. Every guest at the wedding had so many great things to say about the Décor and they were aw… d. The couch on the stage along with the table décor and the background blended so perfectly that there were people who wanted pictures for the stage as well. In addition to that the Love seat for the Bride and Groom was elegant, neat and just splendid. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask them as they will tell you straight and suggest you better ideas as well.

Wow — we had an incredible event at our home with gorgeous decorations from R&R. They were super friendly and helpful in the planning process and helping us figure out how to best make our space work and maximize our money. They made it easy in terms of set up and break-​down. But mainly the ambiance of the party was enlivened by the beautiful, colorful and fun items throughout the space. They even brought a bindi-​bar, which everybody loved. «The best Indian party decorations in the world!» says my daughter, whose bat mitzvah party rocked because of them. Highly recommended!

I was so happy with my décor. They did such a beautiful job. She went out of her way and did things I didn’t even ask for. She did make two small mistakes BUT because she put in her all and you can see the passion in her work. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

We booked R&R for all our wedding events. They did appropriate and beautiful decorations to most fantastically compliment the occasion! I remember walking into sangeet hall and I was just shocked and surprised. They did such an amazing job. I could not believe how amazing the stage looked. Everyone at the party was mesmerized by the décor. They did fun colorful décor for sangeet and a very classy elegant décor for reception. Can’t thank them enough. They are AMAZING! If you need a decorator for an event, call R&R!

Raman and Raveen did an amazing job transforming a dull hall, into a perfectly, elegant hall. They were easy to work with, had brilliant ideas and executed flawlessly. If you need a decorator for an event be it a wedding, party or thread ceremony (like ours) call R&R!

I can’t say enough great things about R&R Rentals! From our first meeting where they were beyond prepared with design boards in-​hand and a clear idea of what my clients were looking for to the ability to work independently during the week of the events setting up each home just as we had planned. R&R’s inventory is spectacular and there is nothing lacking in their design ability or eye for detail. Hands down, they are the best rental company I have hired for Indian Inspired rentals and décor!

I had R&R do the décor at my house for my wedding last October and was so pleased with the results! From the first email we exchanged, Raman was extremely helpful, thorough and responsive, even though I was extremely hard to get a hold of at times (I blame grad school). A few months before the wedding my sister in law also waned to add some input to the decorations and Raman was extremely accommodating to her as well.
Unlike most event rental companies, R&R are extremely reasonable in their pricing, and leave the decorations up for an entire week. Considering most Indian weddings are a multi-​day affair, this can be really critical.
The day they set up the two backdrops, front entrance draping, and stairway draping at my house, I was floored by how talented these guys truly are. I honestly don’t think pictures do their work justice. The fabric and colors they use are so rich and regal, and really make your décor stand out. I love that they have special add-​ons such as the traditional Indian swing and traditional Punjabi «beds»; these pieces really add to the beauty and uniqueness of their décor.
Not only are these guys talented but they are also very kind and professional, and make a very stressful process that much less stressful. Raman was very good about providing me her input and I felt very comfortable with her artistic direction.
In the end I ended up with décor that was beautiful and classic and I couldn’t be happier. I truly hope nothing but the best for this couple because they really care for their customers and unlike most Bay Area event rental companies, are not simply trying to make easy money by overcharging their customers. I would recommend these guys to everyone!

They did an amazing job! I had R&R do the décor for my (last minute-​ish) engagement party. They made the venue look absolutely BEAUTIFUL and were incredibly reasonably priced! I was floored by all the thought and detail that went into the décor — we were getting compliments on it all night! I didn’t even have to meet with them in person to discuss my vision — most of the contact was via email and phone and it turned out better than what I could have imagined. Thank you so much! I will absolutely be in contact for my other wedding events :)

. Phenomenal effort! I was initially very concerned since they were out of my budget… we initially wanted a small sangeet at home in our backyard, but we found out a month earlier that El Nino may hit early since our event was Christmas Eve so we had to move it to Mayuri. They worked within my budget to do the décor at home when I first booked them and then ensured that I was staying within my means when we had to switch venues — they were so flexible and made such excellent suggestions! They showed me pictures and figured out what I liked in minutes. I didn’t have a strong vision for the sangeet, but I wanted it to be colorful and flashy with lots of glitter and lights! That is exactly what they created for me and the string lighting on top of the dance floor was the highlight! I LOVED that lighting — it was cute and romantic and really stood out! Their centerpieces range from moroccan lamps to gorgeous candelabras and even punjabi figurines that were super cute. I couldn’t decide so I asked them to mix and match three different kinds and they make it so that every element of the décor from the centerpieces to the tablecloths flow perfectly! Their little Jaggo cart is the cutest and no other vendor has items that are so authentic! I love the #kritiwedsamit mandala sign that they made for me — that was a little addition they surprised me with and it blew me away when I first walked in!
Excellent work Raman & Raveen! Now I need to book you for all the graduations, bridal showers, sangeets, and weddings from here on out because I know you will always exceed our expectations!

Raman and Raveen are such a dynamic duo! I had a formal engagement ceremony with our close family and friends and since it’s a small event, we wanted something simple. I called Raman a week before the event, and they were available. Everywhere else gave us very high quotes and these are the places that were supposed to be «reasonable.» R&R gave me an awesome quote, and the finished product was so elegant! Our guests were raving about it! Raman was flexible, responsive and made sure we were comfortable with the colors. Raveen came with the team and set everything up in the morning, with no hassles. I’m very happy I found them and went with their services, looking forward to working with them more :) Keep up the great work!

I contacted Raman last year for my December wedding and I knew during our first meeting I would be completely happy with their work. Raman was very professional and passionate about her work — she was very careful on minor details which brought lots colors to the wedding event. Her awesome portfolio and enthusiasm couldn’t match anyone else I had met in the Bay Area. She was able to give me her professional advise which saved us considerable amount of money. R&R team is very creative and I would go to them for my next event without any hesitation.

Best in the area!!! I had this young couple decorate my home for the indian traditional Henna event of my daughter’s wedding two months back. I tried to work with several other decorators in the area but they were either too expensive or not up to my vision. Going to R and R event rental website even before setting up any appointment was of big help to me. I had a gut feeling that it will work out this time and I have found what I was looking for.
Both Raman and Raveen are excellent to work with. They are very quick to response, understand the value of time and yes very flexible, a great quality in my opinion. I could add or subtract items even up to a day before the event. Whether it was set up or otherwise they showed a great deal of professionalism.
I will hire them in a heart beat again and will recommend them without any hesitation.

I would just like to say that picking R&R Events was the best decision I made during my whole wedding planning process. Raman and Raveen are such amazing people. They are humble, kind, empathetic and dependable. They are easy to talk to, and know how stressful wedding planning can be.
I work long hours and I am horrible at responding sometimes, but Raman was so patient and understanding. She helped me so much and completely understood my vision. If she thought that something wouldn’t match she would tell me and show me other options that may be more suitable. Raman worked with my budget and set up décor for my mehndi night, haldi night, wedding ceremony along with my wedding reception. Everything was done so elegantly. I have received so many compliments during my events, and it wouldn’t be possible without R&R.
I love this cute couple. They are genuinely good people that know what they are doing. If I ever have any more events R&R will be the only people I will contact for my events. Thank you guys south for making my dream wedding such a fairytale. It wouldn’t have been possible without you two.

She was very helpful, open to suggestions, was very accessible (promptly responded to phone calls/​emails), willing to work with our budget, and even gave some great recommendations when we were searching for other vendors (DJ, chairs, etc). She was our favorite vendor to work with and did an amazing job with our wedding mandap and reception decorations. All the guests loved it! We highly, highly recommend R&R!

Raman and Raveen were the best thing that could’ve happened to us; they are very professional in their work and honest in their opinions! They decorated the Mirage Ballroom in Fremont for our engagement party. Raman were very easy to talk to, willing to work with our budget and she was probably the first decorator that could understand my vision the very first time I explained it. It actually was very easy to decide on a backdrop for our stage by looking at their previous work — they have a great sense of elegance and color. They know what makes sense based on the event they are decorating for. They also threw in some freebies in the décor to make our cake table and our entrance even more decked out! Also, Raman kept us in the loop after the contract was signed to finalize our décor.
We won’t be wasting our time anywhere else — we are looking forward to working with Raman and Raveen again for our future events!

Raman and Raveen are a power couple and transformed my backyard with their amazing backdrop for my wedding week. They were so flexible and we met up a few times before the wedding event to go over details. I sent them a picture of my outfit and basically had Raman create a design for me. She knew what my style was and executed it perfectly. I was absolutely blown away by the beautiful creation she had made. All my guests couldn’t stop complimenting it and all our photos look amazing. They also decorated my front yard with fabric drapings & lanterns… it looked fabulous. I highly recommend R & R for your next event! I promise you they will do a fantastic job!

Absolutely Amazing.
I met Raman after (searching and searching) a week before my event and she was able to execute my vision without explaining exactly what I needed. Mehndi was added on couple days before the event.
They were able to make my Outdoor mehndi event A-​mazing! With a beautiful focal point, it brought everything together and took my outdoor event to another level. Im sooo glad we did it.
Reception… Im like speechless as to how she transformed our hall with her backdrop. She actually sis an awesome job. I just gave her the colors and asked her to use her creatively, and she blew mine and all my guests’ minds away. As soon as you enter the hall you couldn’t miss the amazing backdrop.
Raman is such a fabulous person to work with, professional and always available. I would msg her with my ideas, and or suggestions that I thought could incorporate with her décor and she was always willing to advice. I truly appreciate that. I don’t know anyone who would have produced what you did for us in a weeks’ time. Truly a pleasure working with you.

Absolutely incredible! They worked with our non-​traditional venue for our moroccan themes mendi night and transformed the space beautifully. Their décor is truly unique and have a great aesthetic style. Raman is great to work with, she is quick to pick up on your vision and executes it flawlessly. Will definitely seek them out for any future events!

Raman was very quick in response to each of my email questions and concerns. She helped me plan our sons Lohri party and it all looked beautiful. I was very happy with the end results. The dessert table and backdrop were my favorite!
