Frisco, TX
Yvonne gives a great haircut at a price that just cannot be beat. I often tip her the cost of the cut. Plus, you get a shampoo after your cut, so you leave feeling really clean. The only reason I’d take one star off is unpredictable hours, though that can be fixed by calling ahead.
