Hair stylist & Manicure classes are available in English and Spanish. We have Day and Evening classes, Monday thru Friday available to fit your schedule.

Our teachers recognize the need for our graduates to be properly trained and prepared for their NJ State Board Exams to obtain their Licence. Our instruction programs combine classroom theory along with tasks in all the standard areas of the trade. The method of instruction at the school is designed to give students a thorough knowledge of the trade through hands-​on practical experience.

The career that lasts a lifetime. After completing the state required hours for either program and passing both exams, you can work as a Hairstylist, Make-​Up Artist, Chemical Specialist, Manicurist, Hair Colorist, Consultant, Cosmetology Instructor, Researcher of new products, Manufacturer Representative… The opportunities are endless.

History

Established in 2005.

Total Image Beauty Academy was established in Jersey City, NJ in 2005. We moved to our present location in Union City in 2010. Since then we have served, and been proud of our community. We offer clinic salon services to the public. These are preformed by our Senior Students with the Supervision of our Instructors.

Manager

Irene has been with Total Image Beauty Academy since Inception. She has long ties in the community and is a resident. She is knowledgeable in NJ Board of Cosmetology requirements in order to become a Cosmetologist and Manicure Tech.
