Walked in on a Sunday afternoon two hours before their«closing» and before they answer any questions, they put you on a waiting list. It’s not even that packed in here and we waited over an hour. Almost 90 minutes actually. There are more people to sign you in than to set your phones or plans up. I saw more employees just chatting or walking around than sitting helping customers because they’re just here to sign you onto the wait list. The employees even showed no sense of urgency as it neared closing time for them. Ridiculous. One customer threw a fit about the wait and screamed as they left. Another came in to use the model phones to make calls and was loud, crying too. Umm. Awkward. I’ve gone to other AT&T stores and they are much more prompt and professional than this store. Nope. Nope. No thank you.

Bought a new phone and line yesterday. It was an absolutely wonderful experience — Hassle free. Our sales agent Luis was such a patient man. He set everything up for me on the phone though he did not need too. Thank you guys!
