I think Chameleon online is a scam –
. They did not respond to 3 separate emails I sent them, although they claim they will get back to customers within a few hours. They say to call, but post no phone number on their website. When I googled the phone number and called, it is a continual busy signal. Their «Live Chat» feature on the site does not work. Oddly, I received an email from them saying that I had items sitting in my cart and to please contact them with any questions — oh really, how? I’m afraid to leave my credit card info on their site or heavens forbid have to return something and thus will shop elsewhere. Their shipping shown were outrageous anyhow.
This is an update to my review. I foolishly ordered a pair of sunglasses on the site. They were supposed to ship in 24 hours, but it took about 5 days to receive a notification that they had shipped. However, when they failed to arrive, I contacted UPS to find out that a shipment label had been generated, but no package had actually shipped. I am now dealing with my credit card company to cancel the charges and file a complaint with the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOGUS WEBSITE. No working phone, email and no Customer Service.
