I got haircut by Sarah, super nice girl, I couldn’t decide on length so she was cutting half inch at a time to get it right, very patient and understanding, price is only a bonus coz I didn’t expect it to be 14 $

So nearly a year later, and the service and haircuts have drastically turned downed hill. Less workers, different workers, less coupons, and even worse haircuts. Earlier, there was 1 worker who did my whole cut in less than 10 minutes (used only machine). They don’t ask what they do — they just cut as until you complain. Then after you pay, they automatically added 3 dollars of tip to my credit card without asking. It’s a shame, was one of my favorite places and now I don’t plan on stepping foot in there.

I’m not one to write negative reviews, but I’ll be avoiding this place like the plague.
I’m literally leaving this store bleeding… The butcher, I mean barber, slashed the back of my neck with dull clippers.
And then didn’t apologize. And charged me full price. And then got mad that I didn’t tip her…
Ridiculous.
