I go to this location when my kids have activities. This has summer camps for the kids but are very pricey. It does have a pool and time set aside for swimming lessons, family pool time, and lap swimming. They have lockers but make sure you bring a lock. Also has showers inside the locker room and outside of you want a quick rinse. When your kids are in their activities, you can work out. There is a basketball gym which they used for indoor soccer practice. There are separate rooms for tae Kwan do, dance, ballet, singing lessons, and other activities. Parking can be a bust when they have baseball games across the street.

The Five Points Branch YMCA on Tucker Ave has a pretty decent sized gym. They have a large Olympic pool. Check the swimming schedule to see when the pool is free. They also have a large gymnasium, where you can play volleyball, basketball, and indoor soccer. Friendly staff as well.

Being a member of this one gives you access to the Wellness center. They both have the same things, except:
This location has a pool.
The machines here are not new or newish.
They have a gymnasium here.
So, if you want to swim or play basketball/​volleyball, this is the spot.
Staff is nice and parking is too.
