Matthew D. Dowling, CEO/​President — Matthew gives Coordinated 360 its spirited determination to reach the heights of entertainment industry. Since 2000, Matthew has graced stages across the Pittsburgh Region as a DJ, event planner, sound technician and videographer for a plethora of weddings, anniversaries corporate events, and community commemorations. An author, writer, charmer, and dreamer, Matthew was selected as a certified trainer for the Wedding Planning Institute, a division of LoveGEVITY.

Ken Hager, Director of Operations /​Entertainment Team Leader — Ken provides leadership to Coordinated 360’s wedding planning and event management team.

Dave Slusarick, Creative Director /​Television Team Leader — Dave fosters community partnerships and assists each client in creating original marketing.

Matthew D.

Business Owner

Matthew has been working in the entertainment industry since 2000 as a DJ, Event Planner, Sound Technician, and Videographer.

Born and raised in Fayette County, Pennsylvania, Matthew Dowling is a graduate of Waynesburg College with a degree in Business Administration and Management. Since 2008 he has been employed by the Boy Scouts of America, serving the Westmoreland Fayette Council as a District Executive, Senior District Executive and presently Development Director. He is also the principal owner of Coordinated 360, an event management, entertainment and video production firm. For his accomplishments, Matthew has been named the 2010 Fayette Chamber of Commerce «Herman Buck» Recipient, a 2010 Fast Track Community Leader, and twice as a «Drowned Rat» for his tireless work on the annual Fayette County Independence Day celebration. Matthew resides in Uniontown, where he and his wife Rebecca hope to make their home for years to come.
