Beware of prank calls

This is my first experience at Universal Studios Hollywood. I was fortunate enough to have the «presidential treatment,» meaning I had head of the line privileges and an expendable drink tab. Needless to say, there wasn’t much else that could’ve made the day better but I was mistaken. Carol, my bartender at Moe’s, was not only unbelievably accommodating, but also extremely personable. I accidentally spilled my freshly poured cocktail outside, and, with the help of an additional park member, she poured me another NEW drink! Free of Charge! Thank you Carol for your excellent customer service and I’ll get you that inflatable Duff Can next time we meet. Best Regards.

This was so much fun! That red phone at the end of the bar was the greatest! I was laughing the whole time I was there. The Duff was way better than I expected, can’t wait to get back!

This place is so neat. For all the Simpson’s fans, get ready to experience this cute little pub in the heart of Springfield. Maybe you will even run into Homer…
I visited this last night during a private CBS grinchmas event so there was not too large of a crowd. It is nicely decorated and it is a cool joint to relax and enjoy a beer when you are here with the family. Seating is limited but there is some outside seating areas and upstairs library if you do not want to stand with a drink in hand.
Don’t forget to say hi to Barney while you are there: P

This was very fun! It looks just like the Moes on the Simpsons! They serve Duff beer and you can pay a few bucks more to keep the cup. My daughter came in with me and the Flaming Moes was awesome for kids! It really does smoke and it’s an orange crème flavor. She really liked it and kept asking me to go back. Will definitely come back and would recommend.

I didn’t eat at this establishment or even stay very long.
My boyfriend wanted to try the Duff beer, mainly for the novelty of it. We went inside and the décor is great. I really liked it. We walked straight to the bar and he just ordered a beer. Not sure if there are multiple sizes or not, but the female bartender just poured a 24 oz. Geesh. That’s a lot of beer. Anyways, the entire time she handled us, a young man that was I think a bartender? was telling her how drunk he was the weekend before. Super unprofessional. He also used profanity while my one year old son was sitting in his stroller right there, even when I looked directly at him and our eyes met, he didn’t say a word! What the hell?
Anyways, the beer tasted like a watered down American beer, and costed $ 12.

Cleaner and brighter than it looks on TV! Unfortunately, Moe wasn’t there the day I finally came. Flaming Moe’s is disappointingly non-​alcoholic (orange soda). However, there are 3 Duff beers to choose from: dark, amber, or lite. The Amber was okay. Even though Moe wasn’t there to serve me a beer & listen to my problems, the other bartenders were nice & helpful.

Place looks exactly like the cartoon. Best tasting duff beer and awesome service. All though Flaming moe’s do not contain any alcohol but are tasty.

I would give this a five but they need to lower the prices of the drinks for me to come back. geez it’s almost $ 10 to get a flaming moe in a small cheap glass. It should have been $ 5. what a rip off

Loved it when I came here. Not only was the place looked like Moes but the bartenders were amazing and funny and engaged with their customers Pamela and Nicholas were amazing! So amazing I didnt even want to explore the rest of Universal Studios. I just wanted to sit and be entertained by Pamela all day :) she made the experience that much better. The Duff was awesome and cute. I really hope the next time I go to Universal Studios that Pamela and Nicholas still work there.

Got a flaming moe’s to sweet plus the cup is really cheap not worth the price we payed and didn’t see any beer really disappointed

The Flaming Moe is good! It doesn’t contain alcohol. It tastes like a sweeter orange soda but the dry ice is so cool. You get to keep the cup with the flames on it. My boyfriend ordered the beer and he really liked it. You can get it in the souvenir glass but it was more expensive. Price for the Flaming Moe was $ 8.99. They also have an energy drink version of it that is sold at the Kwik E Mart. It’s so good!

Pretty legit! Looks just like Moe’s in The Simpsons! The pool tables are covered with glass so you can’t play it but you can gather around. There is a fake phone at the far end of the bar that rings and you can pick up. I didn’t pick it up but next time I will.
Service was a bit slow. They weren’t serving Flaming Moe’s when I was there this week so I didn’t see those souvenir glasses either. The only souvenir glass I saw was a tall beer glass with a logo. They have short glasses on display behind the bar but those are glued down and not for sale.
There was some other drink that the bartender said was some kind of syrup and soda but she warned us that it was gross.
We didn’t end up purchasing anything but I’ll be back. We just weren’t in the drinking mood at the time.

The bartenders here are more friendly than Moe’s and this bar looks just like what it does on The Simpsons! I love it! The boyfriend and I shared a Duff beer as I’m not a big beer drinker and just wanted to taste it. As far as beer tastes… it tastes just like beer to me, lol. My boyfriend liked it though! We got the souvenir cup, which for $ 13 is not bad at all and comes filled to the brim with Duff beer. Just know that there are 2 different cup designs. The one from Moe’s says Moe’s Tavern and outside at the beer garden, it says Duff beer. I wanted to try the Flaming Moe’s and I was sad that when we went, they said they couldn’t make them :(Hopefully, they have it next time! I also did not realize that they have pretty much a full bar here! So I know that if next time, they can’t make a Flaming Moe’s for me, I can order some other alcohol! Prices are not bad for alcohol, but unfortunately, you cannot use your season pass discount on alcohol.
I love the décor here. They have Barney in the corner looking sad at an empty beer mug. There is a phone in the corner and I heard that if you pick it up, you can hear the crank calls that Bart makes. I did not try that though, but will next time! There is bar seating and booths, just like in the cartoon, but they added a pool-​table table that you can sit at and eat. You can bring over food from Krusty’s or Cletus and enjoy it at Moe’s.
A must see for any Simpsons Fan! I’ll be back again!

Love that the décor is exactly like the bar Homer and the guys drink at. Everything from the chairs not matching, tilted tv’s to the Duff beer. I ordered the Mothers burger which is the veggie, it came with guac so made it taste even better. Gods size with a side of fries. Left satisfied. Now to review the hot dogs. Whoa!!! Jumbo size. We got no warning they were that big. They should definitely let the customers know. The taste wasn’t all that great and the bun was hard. Other than that fun place, clean and speedy and good customer service.

Love it!!! They recreated the bar just like the cartoon. The duff beer that they sell is created just for universal studios and it’s not bad at all. This bar is a must see if you grew up with the cartoon. Loved it.

You can get Duff Dry in a bottle but More doesn’t let you keep the bottle and the bottle does not fill up the souvenir pilsner glass.

Springfield is the business ! Moes Tavern is so unique. Brand new bar, clean, friendly, and if you’re a Simpson’s fan, one can never stop glancing @ the details. So much fun taking a break there. One can even pose with the neighborhood drunk, Barney Gumbo. The beer selection is pretty limited, I’m sure it’ll expand as time passes. Prices aren’t as bad considering its a new bar in the Middle of Universal Studios theme park. I wish they served appetizers though, only pretzels and small bag of chips available. I’m sure Moe will come through as time passes. Can’t wait to take my Universal breaks there again.

Full on bar! Just like Moe’s should look. We’re overly excited about the new attractions at Universal Studios Hollywood. Lots of available Seating inluding the pool table. Don’t forget to get yourself a Krusty Burger and try some of Cletus’ chicken next door. The whole theme is super adorable!

Looks just like the simpsons TV show! Even with the gags! Try the love handle test! Answer the phone at the bar! Drink ice cold Duff Beer (Homer’s fav!) or try the flaming moe drink and keep the cup!
