i came in on the 18^th of june, and the food was ok but there was a girl behind the counter who was very rude to me then a man came out and he was nice and polite but then i saw her making my food and the food was over sauced and drenched

Do you have 3 hours to kill and no desire for hot food or your correct order? Then definitely order online!
I used to hit up the other WingIt location but was super pumped when the took up shop right down the street from me on Pat Booker, they’ve got huge wings, good seasoning, and some pretty tasty fried pickles, but after 3 visits this place is just a mess.
My first couple orders weren’t terrible, but they weren’t good. You can expect to experience some sort of time vortex when you order because you will always be quoted something like 35 minutes to an hour but when you show up to pick up your order (or wait for it to be delivered) it’ll actually be an extra 15 – 30 minutes, so hope you don’t have plans!
My most recent and most disappointing order was placed online, ETA showed 45 mins-​1hr, which was fine, even the food getting there around an hour 20 was fine, but the our wings and fries were cold and the star of our order, the fried pickles, weren’t delivered (gasp.) I wasn’t even mad! I’ll call the store&they’ll have somebody bring it out, backwards appetizer whatever! But when the manager took my call and said the only ticket with my order was out with the driver and I’d have to call back in about 30 minuteswhen he was expected to be back from deliveries, I started mentally negating stars.
You’re telling me that there’s no way you can verify what I ordered despite it being placed online? Sure. Anyways, called back after the 30 minutes (this is now 2 hours after initial order was placed) and was told delivery guy was not back yet but they could have him drop off the app on his next round of deliveries in an HOUR. Already frustrated I let the pissy customer in me let out the only negative remark thus far «Gee, thanks. Any chance they’d arrive hot or should i expect a cold soggy mess like the rest of out order?» Management just said we can either deliver them in an hour (so most likely another 90mins on top of the 2 hours that have gone by) or they can write it down and include it in my next purchase from there.
I knew already I would not be patronizing this location anymore, fool me once, twice, three times, and told them so. It was also not worth the wait so I wound up having to request a refund through the app I ordered from after sharing how the cold fries were inedible and tossed out and the app never delivered, alas I was only reimbursed for the pickles.
TL;DR They’re slow, you’re food will come cold, and God forbid they forget part of your order because it’ll take 2 hours to correct it.

Really good wings! Bigger than expected and the sauces are really good. Puts BWW to shame.

Just got carry out 3 orders of 10 wings and a 9 piece strips combo. I’m totally disappointed. All the wings where over cooked and dry. The strips you could hardly eat because they where so dry. The fried pickles where good but would have been nice to know they are spicy before my daughter ate one. The bacon cheddar fries where soggy and the bacon tasted like the shredded jerky you buy in the can at the dollar store. I ordered the pineapple lemonade from reading the reviews sorry but I’m not impressed with canned pineapple juice. The lady that helped us order was great but then she left and the guy that gave us out order acted irritated and inconvenienced when we asked for it drinks. Will not return or recommend. Papa johns wings would have been better.

Great customer service! Food is pretty much off the chain. Wings are meaty, sauce is bursting with flavor and left me craving more. Fries are hand-​cut and seasoned to perfection. And their house made Pineapple Lemonade is to die for!!! Food is made to order which is even better. I will definitely be coming back! If you haven’t checked them out yet you definitely should!

Just got carry out from here for the first time and will definitely be back. Service was great. They make all their own sauces and encouraged us to try samples. Definitely the way to win customers! They make their french fries fresh from potatoes. The pineapple lemonade is delicious. My son and I are not fans of bone in wings so we had the strips and we both enjoyed them. My son is a huge fan of the Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce. Husband got the traditional wings and his only complaint was that they were a little small but they gave him 11 instead of 10 which made it right. Excellent first experience.

Forget ordering online with these folks… their online system is utter feces. I had to cancel my order and at this time, I have NO CLUE if my money will be refunded…

So – it’s a small business, so you have to EXERCISE PATIENCE. It’s really hard to get a business started in the ‘small business saturated environment’. BUT – the food is GREAT. I loved all the wings delivered – we had Lemon Pepper, Asian Persuasion and the traditional Buffalo (hot, hot damn). Great people, somewhat delayed delivery, but see my above comments…

Let’s just say this, I went there 2 days in a row just for the Dr Pepper Wings. The Lemon pepper Wings have all the other places beat hands down. I took a coworker there and we had the flavor fries. You gotta try those as well. As for the Pineapple lemonade… they need to sell it by the gallon.

Definitely recommend this place! Staff is friendly and the wings are great. I had the raspberry chipotle and the lemon pepper wings and loved them. If you visit, do try the pineapple lemonade bc it’s the bomb dot com. I definitely will be coming back!

!!!this is the place to eat some wings never shall I go back to Wingstop or Buffalo Wild Wings the food is made fresh to order I’ve been eating here 4 days in a row!(that’s how good it is) a must get is there pineapple lemonade is amazing. To Anyone reading this I definitely recommend them over any wing place but everyone has different opinions so go check them out!

Great wings. New flavors that aren’t available at other places. The pineapple lemonade is to die for, wish it came in a gallon! Only thing was that I got 9 drums in my order of 10. could have added a few more wings. Everything is made fresh. When I walked in I could see the cook cutting potatoes for fries. Took roughly 30 min for my order to come out. Check them out!

Very good chicken wings no bad at all. The service was great. I tried the parmesan, garlic and barbecue also got fresh celery and carrots. The place is very small and they mainly cater for pick up orders. Recommended

I placed a delivery order and after having to call 4 times it took over an hour and a half to arrive. When the delivery guy got here, he didn’t even come in he called me and I had to walk out to get my order. I proceed to begin eating and notice the food is cold and order is wrong!!! Never getting food from them again and I feel sorry for anyone that does!!!

Countdown wings has to be my favorite food truck for wings, seeing as there isn’t many food trucks which offer wings but that is a whole other issue. I spotted these guys at BoB I had never seen them before there and since I’m a regular at BoB I notice a new truck that rolls in, so I casually walked over there introduced myself to the fellow at window seemed very helpful and eager to gain your business I took a order of 10 wings lemon pepper and hot no fries but 2 sides of ranch the price was fair and they accept cards. I didn’t wait too long for the wings which was fine by me because when I did get the wings it was worth the wait the wings were amazing lemon pepper was great I could taste the lemon zest perfectly! Now the hot was well HOT not too hot which made it more than enjoyable especially dipping the wing into the ranch (my mouth is watering as a write the review) now one thing I felt like the wings were kept a bit too long in the fryer making it very very crispy and drying the wings out thus the reason for 4 stars other than that no other complaints since they are a fairly new truck I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that they will get better as time goes on and I will be a regular!
