Specialties
Since 2001 our customers have closed over $ 1 billion in real estate sales. MLS4owners.com provides self service realty. Using the tools of a listing agent, exclusively for our customers, sellers can do it themselves and save. The system is designed to get the buyer directly to the seller, to increase the chance they will pay no commission.
History
Established in 2001.
We want to thank our customers for their belief in us. Without them we would not have grown to $ 1 Billion in customer sales, despite employing no real estate agents. They are our best salespeople, and they tell their friends and neighbors about their experience. They have proved over and over again that homes priced well for their condition and location will sell when given the unique exposure and customer service offered by MLS4owners.com.
MLS4owners.com is a licensed brokerage in the States of Washington and Oregon, a member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, RMLS, Spokane MLS, Yakima MLS, North Central Washington MLS, Tri Cities MLS, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
