Justin is amazing! He has done my hair twice now, and my hair has been so healthy and just looks overall fantastic. He fixed an «at home dye job» and I have got nothing but compliments from others since I have been seeing him. I have had people stop me to tell me how great my hair looks. He gives great advice and is extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend him, and tell all my friends to go see him!

I went to Marian Robey she did a fantastic haircut for myself and my son. Marian even spent extra time on my hair along with talked to my 3 yr actively. I’ll be back for many more haircuts!

I have been going to Ashley for almost 2 years! I now live in Puyallup, and it is so worth the drive! She’s upbeat, and bubbly! I am always satisfied and happy with my cut and color! She’s amazing! I recommend her to everyone that asks me where they should get their hair done at!

Purchased groupons for myself and my daughter– today we saw Marci and had the best experience! I came in a little indecisive, and Marci helped guide me through what she thought would work. I left with a longer layered angled bob and beautiful natural highlights. My daughter had a trim and was happy with the results, which was an added bonus, since she dreads going to the salon. Besides being happy with our new hairstyles, Marci was just pleasant to be around– super easy going :).
Very impressed and glad I took a chance– I’ll definitely be back.

Two of my friends and I bought Groupons for a cut and highlights from Marci. Not only did she come in on her day off so that we could get our hair done together but she did an amazing job! One friend cut 13″, another 8″, she trimmed my hair and added bangs, and ended up cutting my 2 year old daughter’s hair too! She really went above and beyond for us and we all love our new looks for our graduation :)
I’d been to salon Kerizma before (with another groupon) and had Geah do balayage highlights in my hair. She was also AWESOME! She even showed me how to train and take care of my hair. She’s the reason I went back with my friends.

Marci is the best!!! She is fun and easy to chat with. She really listens to you when you describe what you want. She has done my hair a few times now. Every time I try something different and every time I leave completely happy and feeling amazing!!! Marci, you are fabulous!!!

I got a groupon with Marci & got my hair colored & it was my first time ever getting an asymmetrical bob, I’ve NEVER cut my hair that short ever. Needless to say she cut my hair to her liking not mine. I called the next day to have her fix it & she said no. I’ve been to other salons & they had no problem fixing my hair @ no additional charge. I went & got it fixed & they also showed me how she messed up my hair color also by not going to the root. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I do a waaaay better job at coloring my own hair smh

I bought a Groupon for a haircut/​deep conditioning/​style with Marci. It was my first time getting a bob cut ad even though I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she did not cut it at the right length. She asked if I wanted it shorter, and I said yes. After she cut more, I looked in the mirror and saw an noticeable uneven cut. I explained my concerns in a calm and respectful manner, and she said we could take a little off of the side that was longer.
When she tried to fix it, I noticed her hands were shaking and I immediately thought that she was new to the salon profession. I told her that the cut still looked uneven and she asked why I feel that way. It wasn’t a matter of «feeling». I could see with my eyes that my hair was uneven.
Now, I have to spend more money in another salon to fix my hair (which is the complete opposite of what I was hoping to do since I bought a Groupon). Marci said I could come in the next day but it would have to be at 8am. When I got home, I decided against going back to Salon Kerizma because once a stylist messes up my hair, I can’t trust them to fix it.

I bought a Groupon for a haircut w/​Marci at Salon Kerizma. Despite being a little early for my appointment, Marci was ready to take me back as soon as I walked in the door. I didn’t have to wait at all :) She did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable and her customer service skills are exceptional. She made sure to ask me about the details so that I walked away with the haircut that I envisioned. The head massage and conditioning treatment just about put me to sleep. I would highly recommend!

I bought a Groupon deal for this salon (it was $ 30) months ago. I went to the salon itself to ask about this deal. I went in and it was quite busy. I waved and made eye contact but I was ignored. After twenty minutes, one of the stylists took pity on me and I asked her about this deal. She told me that it was another stylist who offers that and her name is Heidi. She was also on vacation for a week more. So, after a week I called Heidi to schedule an appointment. Nothing worked for me and she said she’d give me a call back. To this day, she never called back and I never got a haircut. You’re welcome.

I’d just moved to UP and was looking for a stylist/​salon. I looked up a few places and decided to just walk in to see how they looked before I scheduled an appointment. I’m not sure how talented the stylists were but my first experience with customer service was definitely not great. I walked in the door and no one even took a look to see if I needed help. Two of the stylists were busy with clients and the other one was looking down on her phone. After standing at the counter for 3 minutes or so, I had to ask for help. Which made me feel awkward. Customer service is important to me when i choose a place to do business. Especially since theres a salon on every block. This place is about 800 Sq ft so I know they saw me. I figure there are 20 other salons within a 5 mile radius. Ill just try a different place. I hate to feel like I’m bothering anyone when I go into their stores to pay for a service. (By the way, I’m the chick with the red lipstick).

Absolutely amazing stylists! Professional, clean salon, and very attentive to your wants. I would definitely recommend this salon. Thanks ladies!

I love the hair stylists and the environment at Salon Kerizma! The ladies are very sweet and make sure that you get the hair cut/​style/​dye that you want. They always remember who you are and treat you like a valued client. I will never go anywhere else to get my hair done! :)

Had my first appointment with Ashley today. She was efficient, professional, and a great stylist. I haven’t had my hair cut in 5 months and she asked me what I wanted and executed it perfectly. I will definitely be going back.
