I paid Robbie Reaves, owner of Semper Fi. tness, $ 510 in advance for 6 personal training sessions. I thought they were going to be an hour each, but they ended up being half an hour each.(huh?) Over the course of our work together, he cancelled at the last minute 3 times. Two of those times were for our last session. I asked for a refund for that last session plus my time that day(I’m a massage therapist and had not scheduled clients for the 3 hours he had no-showed). I asked for 1 hour of my time to be reimbursed. He said he would do so, but it’s been over two months and no money has come my way. He’s not answering or returning my calls, replying to my text messages, or acknowledging the letters I’ve sent. It amazes me that a business owner would treat his customers so badly. Oh wait, now I find out that he doesn’t have a business license in Washington. Buyer beware.
