4 Pool and Spa Repair

Did a great job of installing a saline system in my spa. Quick response and delivery when you are spending money. Unfortunately, this service company has very poor follow-​up skills. I was told to «call anytime and we will come over if you need assistance with the new system» — well, I do need assistance and have for the last 3 months. I’ve made 5 calls and while I get a phone response I never am given an actual date for a follow-​up visit.

The check was made out to James Newell. I made the check out to that Name because that is what YOUR EMPLOYEE ask me to do. I called YOUR business phone number and your employee came to my house. Stop trying to avoid blame for your own slipshod work.
Don’t you think it is interesting that everyone has a negative rating of your business?
PS if you claim that Mr Newell is or was not an employee of your company I am going to turn this matter over to the police for a fraud investigation.
Why don’t you answer the question: is or was James Newell an employee of your business?

Please quit contacting me to take off my bad review of your company. I will not. I hope mine and others poor reviews have inspired your company to improve your customer service and that you take responsibility for your company instead of blaming others. In our case, Cal Spa did NOT send the wrong filters. James brought the wrong ones he said he had at home once he finally did show up. There mere many times we had appointments with James to make repairs to the spa and he did not show after I took time off of work to be there. We have sold the home that had the spa so thankfully will not be needing your services in the future. Do not contact me anymore.

If police could only arrest stores like this one for selling bad product or providing bad services, these people would service a life sentence. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt by buying a leisure vacuum for my pool but it stopped working after two weeks. I tried to exchange it or get my money back but they refused because they have a no refunds policy and all sales are final. That should have been my RED Flag. Either way, I got stuck with a broken vacuum which cost me $ 100. My advice don’t shop here, you will regret it.

In June 2012, I contacted this company about fixing my Jacuzzi, as they are an authorized service provide for Master Spas. They originally came out and fixed one of the problems. They told us they would order some parts to complete the job and they would call us when they came in. After a few weeks I called them, and he said he had forgotten to order the parts and could call me when they came in. I called back a few weeks later as there was no call and he said he would call Master Spa to see what happened to the parts and would call me back. He did not call and so I called him. He said the parts were supposed to arrive next week and he would call me. He did not. This occurred about 5 times. Each time he NEVER called back. On one of my calls, I also told him I had something new that needed fixing. It is now February 2013 and still I have not received my parts or had my Jacuzzi completely fixed. They are total liars. You leave messages and they don’t call you back. I even had Master Spas contact them to find out what was happening, and even though they left messages, they were never able to talk to them. Half the time they don’t answer their phones. In short, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
