I am very disappointed in the quality of service I received from this company. I reserved a cab from them through a Gentleman who professes to be a Manager named «Mercurio». The reservation was scheduled for 3:30 am on Tuesday. Tuesday comes and no cab shows up to take me to the Ontario airport for my flight, I called the cab company and all I get from the man on duty is I just came in and I have no notes here. So plan B is in effect, I had to drive my car to the airport park it in long term parking and now have the added expense of 14 day parking to deal with. Thanks A1A Taxi Cab you are a worthless, unprofessional and someone I can not rely on, please use this example if you plan on using a cab service of one to not use. I would rate them zero stars but the app will not allow that.
