I’ve been going here since they opened back in 2013. Sim is my go to! Sweetest soul, gentle & does exactly what you want how you want it. She transformed my eyebrows. One time I even went in for an eyebrow thread and she politely said «I’m going to be honest there isn’t much hair… I’ll thread your eyebrows if you want but I’m not one to just do it for the money… there isn’t much to do» thank you Sim we need more honest people like you!

Do NOT have your eyebrows threaded here! They have new staff and the girl that did my eyebrows today had a cold kept sucking up her snot the entire time she was doing my eyebrows and she totally reshaped my eyebrows, left a complete bald spot when all I wanted was to have them cleaned up! Then she tried telling me that my eyebrow was already like that! I will never go back here again! I’d i could give a zero star I would.

3 stars for my first time here and first time threading. The girl was late opening the shop and she wasn’t very friendly hardly cracked a smile, I must have been interfering with her cell phone call. The threading part didn’t hurt I explained I’ve been growing my brows and just needed a clean up and shape and she was done in maybe 5 min but again not even a hi how are you last time I checked I was a paying customer. Her thread broke on my face 3 times, the fourth time she hit me in in the ear and better my ear than my face! If I go back I’ll ask for someone one else this girls name was Geeth or Geetha something like that. This place is close to VONS and I shop there often so we’ll see how the next visit goes. I did tip her only because IM not rude. I did try to say hi and asked how her day was and got no reply lol! Even wished her a great day after I paid ($ 8+$ 3tip) and left. With all the great reviews I was kinda taken back by this ladies stank face and attitude

I liked the outcome of my eyebrows. I went in with my eyebrows super messy because I’ve been trying to let them grow out to reshape them and I told one of the girls I wanted a different shape and she did as I asked. It’s so hard to find someone who threads your eyebrows exactly how you want but that’s exactly what you get here.
Eyebrows cost $ 8 and upper lip costs $ 4, I find that both prices are fairly reasonable considering you could pay $ 12 – 22 for your eyebrows and they mess up your eyebrows.

Really fast… took my daughter with me and she loved her results. I barely have eyebrows yet they «cleaned» them up nicely. I leave in Colton but I won’t mind coming here for our eyes brows at all… especially since we’re always out in Upland anyway.

OUCH!!! Although the eyebrows come out very good, this was by far the most painful eyebrow shaping experience I have had. The following day I can see several small cuts.

I have been an Aayna customer since early 2012 when they had their Glendora location. I began seeing Geet and followed her to the Covina location and now the Upland location, as she has moved here since last week. Geet is experienced and really great at carefully listening to her customers’ wants. She does her threading in a gentle way and perfectly shapes my brows to my liking. I am VERY picky with my eyebrows — there is a reason why i now drive 15+ miles just to see her.
Their stamp card program is an additional bonus to the good service. Prices are reasonable too ($ 7), but for their location areas, I think $ 5-​$ 6 would be more reasonable.
Parking is super easy and convenient in the Vons shopping center.

I’ve been threading for about 15 or more years and I am so glad I found this place. Sim is the best. She is very sweet & nice & she does a great job. It last better than any other place I’ve gone. Usually by the next day I have to do some clean up not so with the job Sim does. I will definitely be going back & by the way they are less than any other place I’ve been. Ask for Sim you’ll be glad you did.

Ok, let me get down to the point…
One name… SHELLY
She is seriously the fastest and most efficient threader I have ever encountered. I’ve been to Bella’s, ziba, and couple other places so I have a good idea about threading.
The first time she did my brows she went so quick, I was actually so scared she messed up. I’m usually siting for a good 15 minutes or so. Literally she was done in about 5 minutes give or take and my brows are the best they’ve ever been. She has a good hand and it does not hurt one bit! (Other places they really thread too close to the skin and it hurts really bad)
I would totally recommend her. Upland’s best kept eyebrow secret is out!

My first time getting my eyebrow threaded… I’ve only gotten then waxed before, but my skin gets super red and inflamed after those treatments :(I saw this spot right next to Vons and took a leap of faith.
First thing: so super quick service. I was in an out within 10 minutes.
I was helped by Shirley (?). She sat me down, made a few comments about my light/​uneven brows. I wasn’t offered at all because she was right on lol. Then she got right to it.
THREADING HURTS! Holy moly, waxing is like a couple seconds of pain, this threading pain persisted over a couple minutes. Maybe I just have a low tolerance for pain, ow ow. But oh well, beauty is pain!
She did a wonderful job! They turned out a little thinner than I wanted, but the shape was fantastic! She made them looking longer and with this nice arch!
7 dollars, super affordable! I didn’t get a rash like I usually do with waxes. I will definitely be back and work on my buy 7 get one free stamp car!
