Service was fast and prices are good. They were pretty booked for summer so it was a 2 week wait. Otherwise everything is good.

Took my Aussie, Sheila, to the groomer for the first time in her thirteen years. Our motivation was to get her cleaned up, looking like a young dog again, and to remove all the extra undercoat and long hair andso she can keep cooler in the hot summer months. She did very well and we received plenty of comments on her demeanor. We are very pleased with how she looks and the professionalism of the friendly staff. To top it all off, the amount charged came in under all estimates. Will definitely come back again.

This place is awesome! The staff is so friendly and Erin was such a sweetheart! I brought in my min-​pin mix and was afraid because I have never had him around other dogs before besides our German Sheppard. I was unsure if he would get along with having other dogs around or not but she was quick to put me at ease and to my surprise Biscuit was a little angel lol I dropped him off before work and came to pick him up at lunch time. He looks great! They cut his hair just how I wanted and left the fuzz on his tail and ears just like I asked (with a little trim). He smelled great and he was so soft. He was one happy puppy! I tried to take a picture of him but he is a spaz and wouldn’t sit still lol Don’t hesitate to take your fur babies here. They are all a wonderful group of people.

Quick review: Very accommodating, super friendly, well-​priced, and treated my fussy elderly cat so well!
My elderly cat, Mudd, (14 years old!) had never needed any more than my regular brushing routine, but she recently started developing some mats, and I was dreading taking her to the groomers! I was so worried that the stress would be too much for such an old lady, and I searched all over for a cat groomer with good reviews. I finally settled on All About Paws Pet Salon because of the good ratings and since it was close to my house, but when I got there I realized I had made an appointment for the wrong salon! Completely my fault, whoops!
Thankfully, everyone there was SUPER nice about it and squeezed me right in since my cat only needed a quick brush and buzz (rather than a bath and blow dry). Wenchi Liu was so good with my cat and the environment was so nice. Since Mudd had never been groomed before, she was very squirmy, but Wenchi kept her calm and worked quickly. It ultimately took myself, another groomer, and Wenchi to keep Mudd from wiggling off of the table, but there were no bites and only one or two hisses towards the end! I was very surprised, since Mudd can be rather ornery.
I cannot express enough how pleased I am with my experience! I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been taking my dog to Wenchi since 2013 when I first moved to the area. I’ve since moved to LA (~40 miles west) and I still take my dog to Wenchi because the time and love that Wenchi puts into grooming my dog cannot be matched (trust me, I’ve tried and regretted it). Whenever my dog pops her head up from the car ride and realizes where we are, she immediately gets excited because she’s come to love her afternoons with Wenchi, too.
When it comes to grooming my Australian Shepherd, I’ve noticed that other groomers get fickle about cutting her hair. Almost to the point where I come to pick up my dog 4 – 5 hours after dropping her off only to think to myself, «um… did you even cut her hair?!» They end up charging me about $ 50 – 60 for what seems like an expensive dog wash only. And that’s after I tell them to cut her hair short — I even emphasize to cut her booty hairs short because she gets dingle berries stuck in there, which ultimately end up on my carpet (AHHH!) With Wenchi, I come back to find Boata with her hair nicely groomed from her head to her little wiggle butt. Needless to say, she smells nice and feels silky smooth too while rocking a cute new bandana to add to her collection from Wenchi. I’ve even come back a few times to find Wenchi playing fetch with Boata lol.
I’ve come to establish a friendship with Wenchi because she is so genuinely sweet to my dog. I usually just text her when I need an appointment and she never turns me away. We’ll be coming back for as long as we possibly can! I’ve left some pictures here to show some of the great haircuts (and bandanas) she’s given Boata over the years!

I spend a lot of time looking for a groomer because my mini huskies are very wary of people despite having undergone training and socializing.
But they do a great job here and they love the people here. My dogs always come back clean and smelling great and with a cute little bandanna. I’ve been coming to them for a few years and I’ve never regret it. Wenchi is very accommodating and was even able to see my dogs on short notice.

Great experience with two of my cats who had mats. Was concerned that they might not cooperate but not the case under Erin’s expect guidance. Erin was able to groom them and trim their nails, but did fore go the bath. They looked great and while not happy were in no wise traumatized by the experience. Thank you Erin for your help with my kitties.

Truly loved the service and professional results. Not only did Minnie and Daisy feel extravagant and clean, they also had an added pinch of energy for the rest of the evening. Will definitely return!

I took my boy in to get cleaned up and got caught in traffic. They stayed after hours and waited for me. When I got there he was just hanging out loose and comfy. I LOVE THIS PLACE! He looked gorgeous, smelled gorgeous and most importantly he was happy. Prices are totally reasonable.

We recently moved to the Inland Empire area from San Francisco. I’m very picky with whom I choose to groom my 10 year old Shih Tzu — Cookie since she’s very shy, timid and can be frigidy while being groomed. But Cookie felt right at home here. The staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgable. You can tell they truly are animal lovers and are passionate at what they do! We had a 9am appointment and I picked her up by 10:30. Wenchi did a fantastic job, My baby looks beautiful! Thank you Wenchi, and thank you to everyone at All About Paws! You are true professionals. I’m very pleased! See you in 7 weeks!

It was so easy to make appointment here and Wenchi was really nice. Price is reason able. She did a very good job. My dog was happy and so was I. Will be going back again for sure.

I am very satisfied with their customer service. I had called and bugged and they were able to answer all of my questions and return my messages. I was able to get an appointment right away for my fur baby Zeke who is a German shepherd and can be temperamental at times, however, upon walking in I think he could sense the friendliness here and adjusted quite well! When I came back for pick up, Zeke was so happy! He really enjoyed himself there, to my surprise… he didn’t want to leave! We will definitely return for their services.

The staff was so friendly and helpful and they did a great job on our Napoleon. I went in thinking he needed a lot more done to his hair than he did, and Wenchi was totally honest with me and didn’t try to upsell services he didn’t need. She was more concerned with what was right for our pup. I will definitely be back the next time we need something done!

Today was my first time taking my little Pomeranian and I will definitely be coming back! She looks adorable and the groomers were extremely friendly and on top of that they actually groomed amethyst how I wanted her to look. Great service!

I’ve taken my dog here twice now. I like the friendly people who greet you when you walk in. They’ve taken gear care of Bamboo both times and the prices for grooming are very reasonable. I would definitely keep bringing my dog and will recommend them to all my friends with pets.

My first time here was a very very pleasant one! Wenchi did such a good job on my 4 and a half month old Shorkie. This was her first grooming experience ever. Her hair was just getting out of control & I wanted to find someone who could clean her up a little so I could actually see her cute little face again. When I came to get her, she wasn’t reaching for me like she normally does after being somewhere strange. I made an appt at 1 & they said she would be ready at 3. I got a text at 3:03 saying she was done. Very nice work & awesome customer service! Definitely bringing her back here.

I just want to thank everyone who works here. Jake looked so happy when he walked out of this place. I’ve taken my dog to almost every groomer in town and I have to say, this is the happiest hes ever been when leaving the groomer.
The groomer was very kind and courteous when I explained all of his allergies/​health conditions. She treated my Jake super well and he looks amazing. Thanks again. I’ll be back soon

Very disappointed with the service level. I took my dog in at 11am, was told to come back at 1:30pm. I arrived at 1:30pm and I was told he was not ready and to come back by 3pm. It was frustrating since they had my number. I could have been called and told about the delay especially since I do not live near the pet spa.
It was my dogs first visit. I had hoped for a better experience but it looks like I’ll be going to another groomer.

Very disappointed. I called for an appointment and was told to come in at 11am. At 3 pm I called to see where my dog was in terms of being finished, and the lady told me that they hadn’t even bathed my dog yet. Sooooo my dog spent 4 hours in a kennel? No one called me to tell me they were backed up?
I immediately came and got my dog. The lady apologized for not calling and asked if I wanted to reschedule. No way. Going somewhere else, and will tell my dog friends to NOT go here.
