Antimite Termite and Pest Control

This company is amazing! The delivery guys were so respectful and very personal. They had no problem helping me install all 3 products that I ordered! Thank you Temco for making my buying and delivery experience wonderful!

we signed up to get regular service from antimite every other month. they were supposed to come by, spray around the house, and leave the bill by the door. but eventually we noticed that they were just coming by and leaving a bill without spraying anything. so we canceled the service. there is no need to give my business to dishonest companies.

As a Realtor I had used Antimite in the past with no problems, but this time around there has been nothing but problems. I called them to schedule a termite inspection for a home that is in escrow. The home is occupied by a tenant and they would need to schedule access with them. They were suppose to be out on a Friday morning. I didn’t hear anything from anybody from the company. Wednesday rolls around, tenant says no one came out and I called the company trying to find out about the inspection. The lady I was talking with was looking up what had happened. Apparently no one showed up. They didn’t show any inspection scheduled. So, I told the lady that I needed someone to do the termite inspection. Once again I gave them all the information for the tenant and escrow. And because it was late in the week, no one could get out by Friday or Saturday. So we had to wait until next weekend because the tenant works during the week and does not get home until late. Here it is Monday and I haven’t heard anything and don’t know if they were out at the house. Escrow is suppose to close in the next 7 days. If we can’t close on time, my client will get stuck having to pay a $ 100 a day in penalties. This home should have been inspected 3 weeks ago when I first placed the order.
I’m not very happy.
I will be using a different termite/​pest control company next time.
**After getting a call from Rudy Perez and talking with him, I’ll give the place a second chance. At least now I will have a direct number to someone who seems to care. For that I will bump my rating up a couple of stars.

I had my first service from Antimite today. I was very impressed by the technician «Kenny». I have alot of animals and he was very careful to make sure they were okay. He was super thorough, making sure to get rid of cobwebs and turn over all my patio chairs and leave nothing overlooked. He was polite, professional & a pleasure to work with. We had previously contracted with Terminex for many years, and the level of service from Terminex was nothing compared to the high level of professionalism from Antimite. I have signed on for a bi-​monthly service, and I will highly recommend Antimite and Kenny to anyone for their pest control needs. :) S Bruce

UPDATE!!! This is an update to the EXCELLENCE of service that I get from Kenny Miller directly. My complex had recently removed green ivy and did roof replacements, combine that with the drought, and we have a rat issue. Kenny has gone far out of his way to accommodate me with the situation, very kind and very helpful. Could not do this without his help!

Horrific, these people are horrible. Had them for a long time something changed. Would charge me for pest control when they did not come out or treatment, gates were locked and they said still came. Still tryed to charge me for it and still getting a bill. Found out also pest guy was reprimanded for not showing up, and i continue to get bills. Do use these krooks.

We use these guys regularly (every other month) and that’s normally enough. This week, for some reason, the critters came back early. A quick phone call sent Robert to our door exactly when they said he’d be there. He was even nice enough to wait while I finished a phone call. He asked a couple of questions, did his thing, and told me again if we have any problems to just call them. Such a relief to deal with a business that does what it promises! Robert is great and I highly recommend you use this service when the creepy crawlies decide to come into your house.

Hell No! I would never recommend this business to anyone!!! We had our house tented & then some replacement of rotted wood & a back door. I’m being really nice when I say, PISS POOR job at all stages of this company’s service! We were had by the «field specialist» a.k.a. the guy who comes & looks at your house & takes down measurements & gives you a rough estimate. What we got was a ‘Brand new’ broken back door, door frame & door locks, that are all due to the incompetence of this company & the employees. They didn’t seal the new pre-​hung door at all, NO spray foam, NO insulation or plastic vapor barrier, NO silicone caulking or something to keep water, heat/​cold from escaping. Nothing is stopping ANTS&TERMITES FROM GETTING RIGHT BACK INTO THE WALLS OF OUR HOUSE&‘EATING US OUT OF HOUSE& HOME! We had a major ant problem a month after they half assed installed the door! The guy also ripped the weather stripping when he installed it, crooked, I must add, & without the anchor screws that are what hold the actual door to the frame in the wall of your house! ALL OF THE SCREWS HE USED WERE DRILLED IN WRONG, at an angle.
Most of them are causing damage as the door gets open & shut several times a day (dogs gotta do their business & it’s the door to our backyard)! I can see right into the wall of my house through the frame where the door latch meets up with frame! They installed the outside decorative wood around the door unevenly, backward & badly split. The guy left the first time without even putting any of the anchor screw into the door & stripped most of the screws he did use that were not even the right kind of screws. The door wouldn’t even close & stay that way without the deadbolt locked! They came back & made it worse, put a couple band aids on it. Only pretending they had intentions on fixing it, which would have meant getting a new door, starting over&doing it right! The door has to be pushed into the frame now, really hard, just for it to close. Our house is really worn&the termites have done a lot of damage &we are the only owners of this house since it was built so we know all the things that need fixing&it has a lot! So when my mom uses all the money she gets from her tax return &we begin with the most important thing that needs fixing, removal of wood eating bugs& the company screws your house up too… That’s an amazing low point in morale! They showed up late &finished late, they got the scheduled dates wrong, costing us hundreds of dollars to keep all the pets&my adult son who cared for them in a hotel for extra DAYS$$$! Not to mention the days the rest of our family at the timeshare reserved room for an extra 4 days$$(we got snowed in &we were supposed to go home right before the snow started if they hadn’t screwed up the dates) the gas company who arrived on schedule couldn’t turn the gas back on. Antimite was late& hadnt even shown up to remove the tent yet which left my son at home with no hot water for 3 days. The contract stated &Antimite themselves confirmed the time they were supposed to be done and it was way past that time. We were the first job of the day when they came to tent it & the first job of their day when the tent was to be removed& our house aired out.
One last thing– I have never 2 wanted punch a manager square in his chest but the manager at this place would have deserved it! My adult son had to go in an area of our house so as not to hear this guy and myself arguing back & forth for a good 45 minutes in my kitchen because it was making him want to go off on this man for talking to me the way he was (out of character for my son, he doesn’t get angry easily) He just lied while he look me the eyes, about all the problems directly in front of our faces & the necessary ways to fix them, or not, according to him.
He was rude&disrespectful&pretentious! I’m a woman&he figured he could talk circles around me! WRONG! I fix stuff that breaks all by myself&I like tools&have a bunch of ‘em ! I love learning how to fix things myself&gaining knowledge if I can’t do it myself! So he wasn’t fooling me with the ridiculous stuff he was trying to convince me of&that seemed to bother him&Myself as well! It seems fine, if it was my house I would have no problem with that&how do want us to «fix» it then Crystal since YOU think something is wrong with it! He was even taking his own pictures so as to cover his own ass I think! We DO NOT HAVE THEM AS A REGULAR PEST CONTROL SERVICE NOW EITHER! When you have a termite problem&you pay lots of $$$$ for a company to remove them&fix only a little bit of the damaged wood, you also have a contract that screws you from going to another company to get yearly treatments& inspections (yearly re-​treatment 250+$$ yearly). No other company will guarantee their own work without first tenting your home again&then guaranteeing the quality of those services.
