Worked with Chad and he was fast and efficient. The decorations were beautiful and really made our event stand out! So glad I found them and will be using them again this year!

This is my second time renting from Bedazzle and both times I’ve received great customer service ! I rented 20 Gold Chairs for our parents 50^th Anniversary Dinner on a Friday Night. As usual my whole weekend was crazy busy, Friday nights dinner was a success and Saturday I was crazy busy pressed for time. I contacted Chad to verify what time chairs had to be returned and he said no worries I could return them on Monday !! Wow, that was awesome. Monday comes my husband is stuck at work, not sure what time he would be back in town and unfortunately I could not load the chairs on our lifted truck while babysitting out grand baby till 7pm. I contacted Chad and he said no worries just keep him in the loop on what time my husband would be able return the chairs and he would have an employee meet my husband at the shop … even if it was after hours !! Wow, just amazing customer service !! I will def recommend anyone to rent from Bedazzle, great customer service, great prices and both events looked amazing !:)

Chad at bedazzle my events is awesome!!! They have great prices. Very professional. Just as advertised! We ordered a beautiful tent with chandeliers and chiavari chairs and tables. Their bride and groom furniture is so cool. They can really transform any venue. My wife is very happy. Highly recommended

Where to begin!!! Let me start off, if I can give stars to how fast Chad takes money let me say they deserve 5 stars! I originally contracted Chad to put pipe and drape at my backyard wedding in December, at the time I thought I was getting a good deal since they were the third quote I had and were reasonably priced. Let me add, Chad did not step in my backyard one bit. I did all the measurements, I had to provide pictures and tell him how I wanted things, BY PICTURES!!! I’m not sure if it’s because I was a measly chic having just pipe and drape in my measly backyard but I thought it was odd that this guy did not bother to come out and even have better suggestions on things. Although I was going off the measurements from another previous vendor that I got a quote from, he still should have come out to make sure, I should have known better!!!
Needless to say I went on and gave him my deposit, still thinking I was getting a good deal. Don’t get me wrong, judging by the pictures, that is exactly what I wanted my wedding to look like. I thought, «Wow, they do fabulous work, it’s going to look great!!» Things went south fast when I began to ask about a tent. Now let me say, when I first started to talk about how I wanted my backyard to look like I spoke to Chad lightly about possibility on a tent. I will admit that was my fault for choosing against it. As the months grew closer and it start getting chilly I realized, I’m going to need this tent. So I started to discuss with Chad how much it was going to be and what size.
Again, he did not once step into my backyard, I live about 20 minutes away from Upland!!! I had to measure my backyard and provide pictures. He stated that he would be unable to tent my whole backyard, he was only able to tent about 20×30. I also told him about about a 10×10 shed that was in the corner of the yard. He made things more complicated by stating it will have to be taken down and moved. Really!!! What was the worst is when he told me the price everything was going to cost. It was going to cost 75% of what my budget was total for my whole wedding!!! No way!!! No way!!!
So I started looking else where, even started to look at venues, it was going to cost about that much anyway! At this point the planning had become a nightmare and very stressful thinking I am going to be over budget.
This guy only seemed to care when I asked about the cancellation policy, he actually called me and asked what was going on. I told him the tent is way over my budget, his response, «well, just don’t get it.» No flexibility, no discount, nothing. So I though Ok, I will look else where.
Guess what? I found someone who would do pipe and drape and a 40X50 tent fully draped with chandelier and up lights for a fraction of what he was charging. So what ended up happening, I lost the deposit. Cut a finger to save the hand. Not only did this other vendor delivered but provided other extras and I was still under budget. OMG, relief.
I ran into Bedazzled My Events through Wedding Wire. I have to admit, they have pricey vendors there. My advice to anyone planing a wedding, look around, don’t be fooled by websites like Wedding Wire. Use craigslist, I guarantee you will find vendors who will do it for a fraction of the price for the same work as those with vendors with flashy website like this one!!!
I encourage you to contact me about the vendor I used. They did a fabulous job, I got nothing but compliments about how my backyard look, unrecognizable!!! About that 10×10 shed, these vendors were able to build the tent and just move above it, with pipe and drape around the shed to hide it. They were more flexible than Chad was ever going to be.

White chivalri chairs I rented were chipped, marked on, falling apart. They were hideous. Communication with Chad was on and off, I left voicemails I wouldn’t get a call back, and then I would call another day and he would answer.

Chad was amazing to work with! Super easy terms and we finalized all the details with ease. My linens were beautiful! Chiavari chairs were very elegant and the lighting was phenomenal! Bedazzle my events is highly recommended!

Thank you for saving the day! I was referred to Chad by My wedding coordinator (Dreams Come True Wedding in Ontario) after I was unable to find a vendor to create an affordable mandap for my wedding. Chad not only beat the price of the person I was about to go with whose work was less than what I was hoping for, but he also provided me fantastic color options. His team was timely as well and worked quickly to get the mandap set up as fast as possible. Chad was extremely professional and straight to the point as well. I did not need anything else for my wedding, but I noted that pretty much anything you might need for a wedding could be gotten through this company. Thank you for saving the day Chad!

We had a last minute change regarding seating at my son’s wedding and Chad was there! He got us beautiful, brand new looking chiavari chairs and at a great price! He made it so easy and stress free! You have to use BeDazzle My Events for your next event! I know I will!

I needed table clothes for my daughter’s sixteenth party and was in a pinch. Chad was very professional and easy to work with. I let him know my party theme, colors and table sizes; he took care of everything else. His selections were gorgeous! I don’t speak numbers and can’t tell you how painless and convenient the interaction was.
The linens were beautiful and gave my event the elegant touch I needed. I highly recommend this local business without reservation.

We used Bedazzle my events for our daughters birthday party a few weeks ago and WOW we were blown away with how beautiful they made everything. Their name says it all!

Chad was an absolute pleasure to work with. We rented a beautiful King & Queen sweetheart/​head table that was just absolutely stunning and an amazing centerpiece for our wedding. Chad also provided garden tables, chairs, and umbrellas for a BBQ that we hosted at our home the day after the wedding. Chad was very helpful and responsive. All items were in excellent condition and delivered and picked-​up as scheduled.

My 49^th Birthday Party was as Glamorous as I envisioned it.
The crinkled satin silver table covers and silver calvari chairs picked up the lighting perfectly. It made my backyard party simmer in the night light. The delivery guys were very polite and helpful. The owner was always a phone call away. They picked everything up without any problems. No stress, no problems. I just went to their website picked what I liked, asked prices and it was delivered and picked up. I can’t wait to use them again.

My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Bedazzle My Events. We rented almost everything we needed for our wedding from them.
Maram and Chad were very helpful throughout the whole process, and provided everything we needed at great prices, from chiavari chairs to plates and silverware (and trust me, I did a lot of price checking before booking — we all know how crazy expensive weddings can be!).
I would definitely use them for future events and recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or party. I think I my wife saw them featured on David tutera.

While Bedazzle followed through on the contract I had with them for my recent wedding, their customer service is abhorrent and I would have walked away from their business had they not been the only rental company allowed to make deliveries to our wedding venue.
Chad, the manager, was blatantly rude and disrespectful to me when I expressed my displeasure at his dishonest attitude and poor customer service. In fact, I was so displeased by his behavior that I had to make the owner of our venue aware of it. It took days to get calls returned, and all phone numbers on their website go to straight to the same voicemail box. Thankfully they did nothing that affected my wedding day, but they managed to make that portion of the planning process an absolute headache.

Just used this company for my engagement party. Best decision I ever made. Chad is very easy to work with and has the best prices. Linens and chiavari chairs were in great shape. I’ll be using them for my wedding for sure!

I recommend you avoid Bedazzle My Events if you do not want any headaches for your wedding. The woman I dealt with is unprofessional, clueless, disorganized, and petty. She has unethical business practices and will nickel-​and-​dime you and make up phantom charges.
We decided to go with BeDazzle My Events for our chairs and lights because they had a competitive price. However, this turned out to be worst and most difficult vendor to work with. The woman (let’s call her Mary) called me twice on the morning of the wedding day to ask what time to deliver the chairs. She then asked my wedding coordinator on how to arrange the lights even though we discussed this her months ago! She then called and emailed me on my honeymoon to charge us an extra $ 150 because according to her, our venue (@ the beautiful Langham hotel) was not on the ground level even though it really was. She claims it was in a contract that I have never signed or seen.
I told her I was out of the country and that I would not pay of such thing. Lastly, she charged my credit card without my authorization. I am planning to report her to the Better Business Bureau.
Good luck with wedding planning but avoid this one like the plague!
