History

Established in 1998.

Located on the campus of San Antonio Community Hospital in the 901 Building since 2005. This is the former practice of Dr. Val Mullinax. As board certified foot and ankle surgeons* we treat everything from ingrown toenails to ankle fractures. We are experts in treating heel pain, bunions, hammertoes, bone spurs, diabetic foot ulcers and infections, traumatic injuries, sports injuries, sprains, fractures, adult and pediatric flatfoot, tendinitis, warts and even toenail fungus.

In 1998 this practice, originally owned by Dr. Val Mullinax, was located at 600 North Mountain Ave. in Upland. In 2005 we moved to the 901 Building. We enjoy a close relationship with San Antonio Community Hospital and the excellent medical staff physicians. Most of our patients come from physician and word of mouth referrals.

Business Owner

A native of Southern California, Carey is the 8th of 10 children, 9 boys and one girl. His father was a Los Angeles County Fireman and his mother an Executive Secretary. The Bledsoe Family is well known throughout So Cal. Carey grew up in Agoura Hills, Wrightwood and Huntington Beach. Premedical education was completed Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, while working as a courier for FEDEX. Medical school: California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. Following his surgical residency, Dr. Bledsoe purchased the podiatry practice of Dr. Val Mullinax. He and is wife of 22 years, Lisa, have four children, two boys and two girls. Dr Bledsoe loves the ocean and has been a surfer for over 30 years and has completed over 400 scuba dives. He loves to travel and spend time with his family and pets. Since becoming a foot specialist Dr. Bledsoe has examined and treated over 100,000 feet!
