CM and associates made my first home buying experience a true joy. Charles is a genuine, caring, efficient, wonderful person, and I am envious of anyone who gets to work with him. Charles initially ran all of our information so he could provide us with advice as to what we could afford. House hunting was a lot of fun, and Charles was available to me all the time, especially when I was worried that I would never find a house that I would love and could afford! Charles is a great communicator, and made all of our interactions with outside parties smooth and stress free. Michael secured a fantastic rate and loan for us. I understand what, why, and how much I am paying, and I am able to speak intelligently about my loan. I was extremely stressed about buying my first home, but CM and associates made it a fantastic experience from start to close. The only thing that I was sad about when my escrow closed is that I wouldn’t need to talk or text Charles! We totally miss speaking with him all the time!
After we bought our house, my mother-​in-​law needed to sell her mother’s house, which was in a bad area, and would not sell for very much money (less than 50K). My mother-​in –law asked if Charles would help her, considering it was a lot of work for not a lot of money. Charles took the job and let her know not to worry about what the house would sell for as he does not turn down business. He worked so hard for her, and the house ended up selling for way more than asking. My mother-​in-​law was thrilled, and couldn’t believe how well CM and associates took care of her.
This company has been a blessing to my family, and I strongly recommend them! They are a rare find, and worth more than the 5 stars I can give them!

Amazing experience! I can not say enough about how great our first time home buying experience was… ALL because of CM & Associates! I had read a few books on First Time Home Buying and took a class through the local community college on buying your first home and all of it simply made me confused. CM made it such an easy process and gave me answers that I could easily understand to all of my many questions. CM understands the market really well, which is the sole reason we are now happy home owners. They know what the market trends are and how to make a good knowledgeable impression with the seller. They took so much time educating us and going through all of the paperwork with us that when we went to the escrow office to sign the final loan documents they thought my husband and I were frequent home buyers as we seemed so comfortable and knowledgeable about all of the documents. My husband and I laughed and told the lady that we were actually first time home buyers but our Realtor had spent a few hours with us before hand going over every single document in detail and answering any questions we had so everything was already familiar to us! I can not say enough about this experience! I have recommended all of my friends to them as well. My friend reached out to them, put in a few offers, and was in escrow in 12 days! Absolutely amazing in a sellers market right now! These guys are the best!

I used Charles and Michael when I really needed to sell my Mom’s home. The agent I was thinking about using set a price, wanted me to do a ton of fix-​ups and then told me her partner had researched the area and we needed to lower it $ 30,000 less. Charles and Michael upped the price, got me the listing price that we asked for and had a buyer within 5 days and still had 3 to 4 potential buyers waiting in the wings. The pictures they took were fantastic. Love these two. They are totally trustworthy.
