Omg run for your life! He doesn’t even use water in his lines so you get tooth powder all over your face and it is not healthy. Hes horrible with kids, impatient, doesn’t pay his employees, when doing crowns if he has to adjust the bite he will grown down to the metal and put composite material to try to fix his horrible excuse for a job. Btw I dont even think he has malpractice insurance so sew away! RUN!

I was looking at purchasing a groupon for a crown I need to have, but after reading these few reviews, I think I may just pass. Thank you for the review

Bad is not the word, he lacks the right equipment is among the worst, his attempt at giving a shot was the worst I’ve ever had and I’ve been to many

This place is getting 2 stars from me only because the girls at the front desk/​on the phone were so helpful & nice… otherwise this place doesn’t get any stars from me.
My insurance changed so I chose this office because it was close to my house. I made my appointment & the day before they called & asked if I could come in earlier, which wasn’t any problem so I said sure. I got there on time, got my paperwork filled out & had my x-​rays taken all in a timely fashion. I was then taken to my exam room & waited about 5 – 10 minutes when the dentist called the office. He wasn’t even there — he was still at lunch & was running late. So I waited about another 30 for him to even get to the office. He then came in, didn’t introduce himself even though I was a new patient, & said sorry for running late. However, he said it like he was only saying it because that would be the appropriate thing to do, he didn’t sound as if he actually meant it.
Then he started cleaning my teeth. I have never minded going to the dentist but this guy was so rough with my teeth I almost made him stop… which is something I have NEVER considered doing before at a dentist. This was also the messiest cleaning I’ve ever had! When he polished my teeth the polish sprayed all over the place & all over my face. The water spayer was leaking so as the water was spraying into my mouth, it was also leaking all over my face & neck.
As he was checking my teeth he noticed that my filling needed to be repaired. He said it was old & had been chipped. So I told him how old it was & he told me that it was much older than that — you would think I would know how old my only filling it — it’s the only dental work I’ve ever had to have done in my life besides cleaning.
So as I left, I made my appointment to come back with the girl at the front desk to get the filling replaced. I ended up having work obligations & had to cancel the appointment & I’m so glad that I did because when I called to cancel they didn’t even have my appointment in their appointment books. I don’t recommend this place & I won’t be going back.

I went for my first appt with the dentist. His staff was very friendly otherwise I would only give 1 star. When I scheduled the appointment they told me 9:45 then they called to confirm me for 10. No big deal I showed up at 945 to be a little early, by 1015 his assistant was doing my X-​rays, however I did not see the dentist until 11! I was not happy to say the least, what’s the point of making an appt if you are not gonna see the person at that time? I then find out he went to see another patient who came in after me! Finally by 11 he strolls in and starts my cleaning, no apology whatsoever. I realize sometimes things get off schedule so I am planning to give his office one more chance. If I have a better experience then I will write a better review.

I wound up calling Groupon to return my promo offer for Zoom — I just received a phone call from this Dr. Office asking if I wanted to try their service for free.
Although I declined because I’ve already had Zoom done, I do appreciate them trying to make it right.
They never brought up my Unilocal review, so I don’t know for sure that that is why they were calling me to offer the free service, she just said that she noticed I was rescheduled twice and wanted to offer the service to me.
So with that — I appreciate it, and am changing my rating to three stars.
Customer service always wins me over ;)
