The staff of Foothill Management Group, Inc. has provided full service residential and community association management to the Inland Empire, San Gabriel Valley, and Coachella Valley for over 25 years.

Foothill Management Group has developed effective management systems and we use state-​of-​the-​art technologies to provide our clients with convenient, current, and accurate information and services. We understand that property management is really about building relationships.

We are seasoned professionals and our goal is quality over quantity. Our desire is to operate a select number of quality communities and provide superior personalized service.

David L.

Business Owner

President/​CEO David Leavitt has held his real estate broker’s license since 1977 and has devoted his career to providing quality living environments for his clients and customers. David spent the 80s and 90s as a developer, building and selling small apartment properties.

It was through managing his own properties that David learned the challenges and satisfaction inherent in property management. In 2000, David began transitioning his company into HOA management. We have since operated over 30 Associations from 8 units to 545 homes.
