Terrible customer service they seem to prioritize other cars and lie about the time it’ll take to fix your car

It’s my first time at G-​tech. Impressive customer service, very honest and friendly people. Reasonable pricing. I was looking for a permanent mechanic and it looks like I found it at G-​TECH. I spoke with other customers that had nothing but good to say about GTECH and the employees that work there. I highly recommend giving them a try if you need any automotive repairs or services. You might get some free cookies out of it like I did as well.

I Went with a few buddies from my car club to install a muffler 2 weeks ago. Gotta give my high props to G-​tech automotive, they where great! The owner and mechanic who hooked us up where very honest, professional and sincere. I’m gonna continue coming to G-​tech to have more work done on my ride soon. If u need work done on your car i highly recommend G-​tech Automotive.

What I needed done to my vehicle was a radiator change & also an oil change. Having my radiator not functioning properly there was no way for me to take it to my fathers mechanic at his dealership in El Monte. I went around getting estimates on the service i needed and I finally arrived at G-​Tech. Lupe, the owner of the garage, knows how to take care of her clients. Her approach and professionalism made me feel comfortable & secure that I was going to get the service I needed. After discussing the issues with my vehicle with Lupe, her mechanic Jim gave me a walk through of the entire process and what needed to be done. It was the man’s first day and I thought he had been there for years, a true professional. From the client service to the service needed done on my vehicle, G-​Tech has gained another loyal client for many years. Thank you Lupe & Jim!

I recommend all, who care for there vehicle to Gtech. Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. Went in on my lunch break and I was in and out in less than 30 mins –Jimmy

It is very rare to find an auto shop that takes pride in customer service and giving the customer the best price. This shop is a prime example of how an honest auto shop should be. I will definitely return and recommend to others.

Took my Black Jeep Wrangler into their shop this morning not knowing exactly what to expect. I have for unknown reasons, been experiencing the dreaded «death wobble «in the steering of my Jeep? When I pulled in, I was met by 3 very helpful employees. Once I explained the issue I was having, they started to «troubleshoot» the problem. Immediately, the found my aftermarket steering stabilizer bracket lose and missing a clamp.
Before I left my Jeep with them, I was told they would fix the faulty stabilizer bracket and double check and tighten all the other front end suspension parts.
After a couple of hours, I returned to G-​Tech to find my Jeep parked out front of the shop.
Oscar, one of the mechanics there, came right over and explained the work and repair they had done. He told me that what they fixed was more than likely the cause of my steering problem. As I removed my wallet to pay for the work performed, Oscar informed me that there was no charge! My jaw dropped in disbelief! I told him that I have to pay for something and again was told, «don’t worry about it !!»
I have never be to a shop where something like this happened. Impressed is an understatement!
I am thankful that there are still good honest businesses and employees out there like those at G-​Tech.
Needless to say, if I ever need work of any kind done on my vehicles, I will be returning here.
This shop is strongly recommended, especially for those who have an off-​road 4×4 vehicle like me, and are not sure where to take it for repairs!

I must say I was really impressed with their services. I had purchased a trailer hitch on– line for my Land Rover and asked other shops if they would install it… The answer was «we only install what WE sell!
Drove over to G Tech and Oscar was happy to help me… The installation was done well and at a fair price. I will be going back to get windows tinted and other thing done on the Rover next week… I recommend G-​Tech… You won’t be disappointed!

I love this place!!! Took my vehicle there for a front differential repair. The price that I was quoted was the price I paid. Although the Owner «G» said there could be additional charges once they opened my differential up and inspected it. Fortunately for me it did not need additional repair, which they very easily could have said and I wouldn’t have been the wiser… This is just an example of G-​Tech being an honest, trustworthy repair shop. Furthermore I dropped my vehicle off in the morning expecting to not get it back for at least a day or two. I couldn’t have been more wrong… My vehicle was done by lunchtime… This is a honest, clean, professional shop with excellent customer service. I strongly recommend this shop and will continue to go there for all my automotive repair needs.

My husband and I personally experienced amazing customer service. They are knowledgeable, honest and caring with decent prices. I know we can trust them with our cars. We live a half an hour away and we are more then willing to take our cars there to be serviced.

So glad that I found this place and that it’s walking distance from my home! Way cleaner and more organized than your average auto repair shop. It USED to be Super Truck until about like a year ago when they took over. It’s now a full-​service repair shop and store, so basically an all-​in-​one type of deal. Oh and they’re open on Saturdays too (until 2), which is a huge plus. Got quoted on some fuel injector replacements recently and it was cheaper by just a few bucks than some other shops I contacted. But even if it cost a little more, I would still come here instead for their friendly service, attentiveness, and transparency.

Stopped in today because I needs an oil change, originally G quoted me $ 35 for a synthetic oil change which I thought, holy cow. That the cheapest price ever. Come to find out, that price for a synthetic blend (still a great price) and not for full synthetic which was still only $ 60! G honored the price she quoted me which NO other mechanics would’ve done. I ended up getting my air and cabin filters changed by her while I was in. If I lived in the area, I would come here with no hesitation especially because of the service G provided me. She was great, if I could give this place 10 stars I would. It’s hard to find a person to take your car to for repairs that you can trust, instead of having to worry about hearing, «oh hey by the way, your windshield wiper fluid is low so it’s probably a good idea to replace your engine.» Thanks again for the great experience G!

I needed tires for my suburban n everywhere I went it was way over my budget. My dad had recommended G Tech to me n when I finally went I was mad at myself for not going sooner.. affordable prices n professional service. I enjoyed my experience.

I am new to this area and had already spent 3k at a few mechanics in the San Dimas area to fix my car. The car was still having idling problems, so I took it up the street from Aunt’s house to G-​tech in Upland. The owner, G, was professional, knowledgable and honest with me. I thought the repair was going to cost me an arm and a leg, or that my car being 14 years old was done. But G’s mechanic fixed the problem for A really reasonable price and by the next day. I’m going to give negative reviews at the San Dimas 76 station on Via Verde and the Chevron on San Dimas and Bonita for ripping me off. I’ll never go there again. But G-​Tech is the bomb!

I always get my oil changed at this shop. It’s recently undergone a change of owners and not putting the old owner down at all but, the new owner is awesome. She conducts very honest business and is very trustworthy. I know anytime I need something done on my Jeep, I can go to this shop and get things done right and at an excellent, honest price. I dont trust a lot of people with my Jeep and I’m very weary of where I take hom, cus thay’s my baby. But I can say I fully trust these people.

Something was leaking from my car and went to a car shop near my house and they were charging me $ 1200 and said that they needed to drop my transmission because it had a leak. I wanted to make sure so I went and got a second opinion and passed by a shop (G tech) and the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. After they diagnosed the car they said all i needed was an oil pan gasket and charged me $ 120. I highly recommend this place because they are extremely honest and will not try and cheat you.
