Six months ago I hired a fellow from Craigslist to help me with an urban garden in my backyard, complete with rectangular Koi pond. He bailed on me midway through. I had already invested time and money into it and wasn’t sure how to deal with the giant (literal and figurative) «hole» he left. Enter J B’s Pool and Pond. When I spoke with Dave, the owner, he assured me that he would take care of things, and take care he and his crew did! The pride he took in my project was wonderful. For him it became not just my pond but OUR pond. It sometimes takes time to get everything (water, fish, plants) into balance and Dave personally came by on his own time to make sure we were on track. I can’t say enough about the ways in which he went above and beyond. «Our» pond is a beautiful respite, with happy fish and plants. I highly recommend you hire this company FIRST.
