Experienced family law attorney with over 20 years of experience in Family Court. We provide Family Law Litigation and Mediation Services. We prepare legal papers. We provide solid legal advice and present cases in Family Court. We focus upon early conflict resolution through preparation, strength and leadership. When early resolution is possible, we use mediation and negotiation to help folks make and document important and controversial life decisions. When resolution by agreement is not possible, we can use aggressive, analytically sound, eloquent, and focused arguments in court. We routinely attend the courts of Pomona, Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino and Riverside. When courts [allegedly] make a mistake, we can, when appropriate, bring matters back or prosecute (or defend) appeals and writ petitions to higher courts. We prosecute and defend family law appeals in the 4^th District and 2^nd District Courts of Appeal in Riverside and Los Angeles. We have been in the business for years, and have experience in practically every facet of family law.

Remember how easy it was to get married? Who could even predict a failed marriage? But when marriages do fail, we apply solid principles of social justice and legal analysis to untangle the the problems that life has brought. One day, when the problems are solved and the decisions are made, perhaps we all could live in peace once more.

We have handled complex and simple cases, ranging from ordinary default matters between parties of short marriages with no kids, to complex matters involving 20-​year marriages with kids of different ages with different needs.

The litigation team still collaborates on select cases, providing our clients the combined intellect of 97 years of family law practice experience. Given the years of experience, we are likely to have seen cases with circumstances remarkably similar to your own, and to have insight into the possible outcomes. The sooner we recognize the best possible outcome, the sooner we can focus our efforts upon achieving it.

I focus my attention on family law matters, including but not limited to dissolution of marriage, child custody and jurisdictional problems, division of property and debts, child support, spousal support, domestic violence prevention, and the management and control of a family residence or family owned businesses.

I spent a long time in academia, graduating from Pitzer College in 1984, and the University of La Verne College of Law in 1984. I am tech-​savvy and wired to do business using all appropriate electronic communications.
