Established in 1995.

Our firm was started in 1995. We are located in Upland, California. Our sole focus is estate and business planning. We believe in creating individualized estate plans that work. We focus on counseling with all of our clients to make sure our clients know their options in creating their estate plan. We develop long term relationships with our clients to make sure their estate plans are updated on a regular basis. We help train their Successor Trustees, so they know what to do when it comes time for them to step in to administer the plan.

Business Owner

Suzanne M. Graves is a certified specialist in Trust, Estate Planning and Probate by the State Bar of California. She graduated from Whittier College School of Law in 1986. She is a member of National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys; Elder Counsel and National Care Council. She has written four books: Strictly Business; Love, Money and Control; The Complete Guide to Estate and Financial Planning in Turbulent Times; and Going Into Business is a Funny Thing — Getting Out is Not. She has developed course materials on Family Trust Planning on Planning for Adult Children and Grandchildren for the Academy of Multidisciplinary Practice, accredited by the Estate and Wealth Strategies Institute at Michigan State University. She teaches nationally for National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys. She is the Chair for the Upland Chamber of Commerce.
