Established in 1983.

Founded by Michael G. Rademaker, C.E.O, MGR Property Management is a full service management and leasing company proudly serving Southern California since 1983.

With hundreds of clients throughout Southern California, and millions of square footage managed, MGR is committed to a higher standard of personal involvement through a hands-​on, practical management and leasing approach. We strive for optimum results by supplementing our foundation of excellent service with expertise from the real estate investment community: support services, and professionals in the fields of construction, marketing, law, and accounting.
