I caught a horrible cold and my husband surprised me with dinner from here! (I’m usually the meal planner in our home) Everything was absolutely delicious and he couldn’t stop commenting on how nice and efficient the staff is. He got me the New York style hot dog, so good! It had tangy kraut, pickles, onions and mustard… Definitely getting that again! He got the salami and cheese sandwich, it was piled with meat and pickles. He also got the clam chowder for us to share, you can tell this soup was homemade, it was full clams and potatoes and lots of fresh herbs. Lastly he got several cookies for dessert, man oh man their macaroons are heavenly!!!
Needless to say it was our firs experience there, but definitely won’t be our last!!!

My husband and i brought the kids here wednesday after we were going to vinces and it was closed. Yaaaay! Delicious! I ordered the Brooklyn bridge sandwich. It was amazing!!! I’ve been dreaming about it since. my husband got the lasagna dinner, kids got the spaghetti dinner and we got a bowl of chicken & veggie soup. First, the soup was so good we were all fighting for it haha. My husband loved the lasanga and the kids said they like the spaghetti better than vinces (blasphemy!!!) We’ll be back

This place was awesome. We ended coming here due to our normal deli was closed on Sunday’s. Don’t know what’s up with a gang of delis being closed on Sunday’s, but whatevs… So we came here, got a half sandwich with a Large pickle. Sandwich was chicken salad (BOMB!) with squaw bread. Ended up getting a half pint of just the chicken salad on our way out, it was so bomb.

I had the best soup and sub combo to date in this deli.
I ordered the turkey sandwich with provolone and a potato leek soup. This place has the freshest and best tasting turkey sliced meat that I’ve ever tried. The potato leek soup was warm and hearty, flavorful too! Would definitely come back for any soup and sandwich, I’m usually picky but not in this place!

Brought a client in for lunch since his office is located right down the street. First visit to this Italian market and deli. We arrived before the noon hour which was good — because it gets busy right after the noon hour on weekdays.
We placed our orders at the front counter. I selected the hot pastrami sammie which was served on a fresh roll and topped with melted cheese. The beverage station is self serve and when my order was up they will called my designated number. My sammie was yummy filling and satisfying.
Definitely would return again.

Went here with my dad for the first time this week. Tony was the sweetest person in the world. We got cake, 2 drinks, 2 piece chicken, pizza, and a jello fruit cup for about $ 20. Moderately priced, but great food. The pizza is very thick and the cheese stretches from it when you try to eat it (in a great way), the chicken is crispy but not greasy, the jello fruit is great, and the lemon white chocolate cake is wonderful. If you go, you have to have Tony help you-​he is the genuinely nicest person who’s helped us when we went for food-​regardless of the place. Can’t say enough good things about this place, definitely will be coming back more.

I tried this place with my husband since it had good reviews, but what a disappointment. I had the lasagna which came with a garden salad, bread and a drink. I thought the garden salad would consist of lettuce and typical salad veggies since they had a nice looking salad bar. Instead, I got a container of oily mixed vegetables, um I just want some lettuce, but was told no, that’s what it comes with. The lasagna was nothing special, barely touched it. The sandwich my husband had, meatball and sausage with peppers was good, but the slice of pizza was the worst. It tasted and looked like frozen french bread pizza, yuck. Will definitely not be coming back.

One of my all time favorite places to eat, and get food. Soups? Awesome. Sandwiches? Awesome. Chicken? Awesome. However, if you want a thick and gorgeous pizza that will positively wreck your day… this is the place.

Let’s get to the Deli. Everything is great. I love the mushrooms, however my wife has forbidden me from eating them around her. Visit for the Deli, or just have a pizza, too many cool things at this place.

The Hubby and I have been here twice and will continue to come back to try new items. So far we have tried the meatball sandwich (very tasty), Roast beef melt (good meat but was dry… needed juice or something to dip), salad bar (my favorite thing! Not very big but has a lot of great items including bread and delicious fresh fruit), Sicilian pizza (a little too much dough for my liking but very good flavor). One HUGH plus for me is the high chairs are ALWAYS clean and the place is spotless!

I absolutely love this place! They have a great selection of food. The salad bar is always fresh, the chicken is tender and flavorful (a must); Ohhh and the pizza, I’ve had both their regular crust and the Sicilian, and they are both delicious. I highly recommend this place. Although it’s not cheap, the quality is worth it.

I love coming here when I need a broasted chicken fix, they offer the juiciest, and most delicious fried chicken in the world! It’s always good. I usually call 15 – 20 minutes ahead so they’re ready for me when I get there. This place also offers different kinds of sandwiches that my hubby loves. I also enjoyed getting soup with my chicken, you can never go wrong with mushroom soup, sausage and peppers and broccoli cheese. I am so glad we discovered this place 6 months ago and we’ve been coming here almost once a week sometimes more. The staff will greet you nicely as soon as you enter the store and they were all nice. Best Customer Service Award!!! I tell all my friends about your chicken and so far no one has complained about it yet. Keep up the good work and I hope you stay open forever :)

I have been coming to Old World deli for years and I love it just as much today as the first day I tried it. Their soups are always amazing, The salad bar is beautiful and delicious, and broasted chicken is yummy! But the Brooklyn bridge sandwich is my absolute favorite! Well, aside from all the delicious Italian cookies that is! The only thing more I could ask for is that they open a location in Chino. Ever since I moved out of upland it’s a little bit of a drive, but I still go from time to time because I love it that much!

This is probably one of my favorite places to eat. I always get their broasted chicken. It’s the only chicken I’ll eat. And their salad bar is always Hella fresh. It is a little pricey.
I’ve tried applying several times but the owner just doesn’t seem interested in hiring anyone new which bothers me because the service could be better but the owner just doesn’t seem interested in hiring anyone new. I’ve seen the same people there for years and I just feel like their energy could be better.
