On Cloud Nine Day Spa

My boyfriend and I have been regularly coming here for 90-​minutes couples massages for a year now and we absolutely adore them! We always request Lorna and Alexis who know us well and take care of every trouble area each of us have. We truly look forward to these appointments as a way to relax and get all our knots out. The staff is always friendly, on time, and the rooms are very clean. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend the massage therapists other than Lorna. I made the mistake of booking without requesting her and got a masseuse who barely worked on my back or shoulders.

I have been a client of «On Cloud Nine Day Spa» for more than a year. I found them after my pain mgt. doctor suggested a massage following pain injections. They were so kind and made me a same day appointment. My first appointment was with Jackie and she was/​is a Godsend to me. She is kind, thoughtful, helpful, a ray of sunshine, and a true professional at her craft, and she has always left me feeling better after an appointment. Today I woke up barely able to bend down and pull a pot out of my cabinets due to an issue with sciatica in my back and legs. I limped over to my appointment and walked out of there feeling like a million bucks. Jackie’s healing hands were truly a blessing to me today!!! I had a great day at work because I was not in pain and I can’t thank her enough. I also have to compliment all of the staff there at On Cloud Nine they are beautiful women who are always smiling and there to lend a helping hand. Special thank you to Raquel for always trying to accommodate me and my schedule. She is a true woman of God and always leaves me with a thought or an inspiration when talking to her. She is led by God and it shows in every way. They are all a blessing and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of help. Just don’t take up all of Jackie’s appointments!!!

Went in for a facial… I really enjoyed my visit. The staff is very friendly and professional. They offer several packages at different rates and aren’t pushy when it comes to sell ups. Really enjoyed this place.

Just got done with an amazing Swedish massage with Lorna. I have been coming to this spa for over 2 years and refuse to go anywhere else! Every single time I come, I leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and fully relaxed. Today, I got a Swedish hot stone massage with aromatherapy. It felt absolutely amazing and Lorna was amazing. She worked out every singe knot in my body (and trust me, there were a lot). She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end and was very easy to talk to. I highly recommend this spa if you are looking for top notch massages and other skin services. Love love love !

Really enjoy coming here, the massages are excellent! Lorna does a great job of applying the right amount of pressure, so relaxing. I love how they added the new waiting room with coffee and tea. I like getting there early just to enjoy reading magazines and drink some tea. The atmosphere is so serene.

I have going to «On Cloud Nine Day Spa» for years. I love the Spa, I love the staff and I love what they offer. They have a wide variety to choose from, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Their rooms are clean and inviting. If you haven’t given them a try or haven’t found a spa you like, this is the one for you!

This place is amazing the staff is wonderful. Got to have Lorna do your massage. My better half found this place on group on and have been coming back for two years now.

I called 3 times 20 min before or appointment and every 10 minutes after that to let them know we would be running 20 min late. No one answered the phone. We get there and the lady in the front says she’s been sitting there the whole time. Well that sounds very suspicious because there are multiple reviews on Unilocal where people could not get anyone to pick up the phone multiple times throughout the day. She then tells us we will only get a 30 min massage instead of the full hour. We said we would like to reschedule our appointment then, either later on the same day or another day. She tells us they have a cancellation/​rescheduling policy of $ 20. She could not show me anywhere where it was stated. I looked online a 2^nd time and there is nothing stated about any monetary fee. There is a Cancellation policy which I took a screenshot of and included here and it proves my point. I also included a screenshot of my calls which were not picked up and the 2^nd time I called is when I left a message.
So after we decide to reschedule and pay the fee, she gives us the credit card slip to sign and it says $ 21. We told her she told us it was $ 20 and she then told us there is a $ 1 credit card fee. She said it’s normal. No where is it stated there is a $ 1 credit card fee. Also, she should have told us she is charging us $ 21 instead of $ 20 like she verbally said. This place is VERY sneaky and deceitful. They lie to you multiple times and add bogus fees. They claim there is a $ 20 cancellation fee which is not stated anywhere. Then they charge you $ 21 without telling you. This place is horrible and that is all BEFORE they even offered any services of a massage.
When we went back a few weeks later to get our massages, both of our massage therapists were great. They knew what they were doing and their massages ARE better than any $ 20 «foot» massage that you find everywhere. Although it is unfortunate that I will probably never come back to On Cloud Nine Day Spa due to the front desk and ownership. If the massage therapists left, then I would probably go to them every now and then. But I wouldn’t go back to OCNDS due to unprofessional and snakey ownership

1 of the best places to be. Intimate and so relaxing. My first experience here was for a Brazilian Wax and although this can be a sensitive and uncomfortable service they made me as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Monique waxed me and she was amazing! y second time here I came for a 60 min Swedish massage and it was EVERYTHING! They applied the perfect pressure, the room was warm and very clean with clean linen and the hot stones were the best yet! I can’t wait to go back again! Also I constantly receive discount emails from the staff to come back

I’m a first-​time customer and now a returning customer. I purchased a couples massage from Groupon and was very happy with the service. Most massages start with you facing down which has always bothered me. Especially, since my back is the problem area. Not at here! Which is wonderful. Finally, a spa who gets it! First time coming to this spa. I must admit the ladies were very welcoming. Both Rachel and Evania were patient and kind. I would recommend you try this place out!

Came here on a Groupon for Couples Swedish Massage with Hot Stones. It was AMAZING. The hot stones were great. The customer service was awesome. The massage was the best my wife and I have ever had. My wife had Jackie who was incredible and I had a taller lady with a nose ring and an accent (sorry, I cannot remember her name) and she was also incredible. They both were very personable and made sure that we were completely comfortable through the whole process. Would definitely come back and would definitely recommend to a friend!

I have been coming here for 4 years and have previously left good reviews. However recently I have been experiencing a little different customer service. Over a two day period during their operating hours I called over 8 times and left two or three voicemails until I finally was able to book an appointment. I was called back once but I missed the call and when I returned it shortly after no one answered. I am not sure if it is new staff or what but I am truly disappointed in the customer service I received in compared to the past.

I came to redeem a Groupon wax & ended up buying a microdermabrasion session. The esthetician (I think her name is Yevonia– I’m better with faces than names) was wonderful! She does both the waxing & the facials.

Pros: Great customer service from the esthetician which is so important to me. I forgot her name but she is young, blonde n beautiful. Kept it light and professional without awkwardness. The place also smells like heaven.
Only con was I left feeling like I’m the only human being with coarse hair. Not sure if that was the owner’s way of getting me to come back more often but it wasn’t the way to do it. Downer. And I am not sure the prices shown on Unilocal are accurate. I’d call and ask beforehand. Had a mixup.

Just finished up a couples massage that I purchased for my fiancé a couple months ago as a valentine’s day gift. We both agree that the massage was AMAZING! We’ve done couples massages at other day spas, but this one was by far the best. I didn’t catch my massage therapists name, but my fiancé said Lorna was his therapist. Both therapists were so thorough, they covered every single part of our body and they were extremely polite/​professional, which is a huge plus when you’re lying almost naked on a massage table :) We were literally so relaxed that it was difficult to get up and get dressed. I also loved that they told us which parts of our bodies were the most tense… makes me feel like they were really paying attention to us and not just rubbing every customer the exact same way.
The only thing we had trouble with was booking the appointment, but I buy groupons all the time so I know how busy businesses can get when they start offering services through groupon. We just had to schedule about a month out, but honestly the massage was so great it doesn’t matter. I just want to mention it because there’s always lots of horror stories about using groupons, but this one was definitely worth it!
I’ll definitely be calling to find out what the regular price is for couples massages and we’ll be back ASAP. Love it!

Bought a Groupon for a couples stone massage and was able to schedule it without an issue during valentine’s week… Thier busiest time.
The office is proffesional, CLEAN, and the staff is super sweet. On my way out I purchased a couple candles which are very reasonably priced. Looking forward to going back.

I found this spa on Groupon. However, I called them directly and they were more than happy to give me the same price.
We just got done with our first couples massage. It was very relaxing!
The place is in an older shopping center but the inside is cute and clean. Anyways, I rather pay for services at a good price, than a foo foo place that has high prices. We only paid $ 69 for one hour. Most places charge over $ 100.
Our therapists were Sabrina and Lee. They were very professional and really in synch. They worked on areas that really needed to be worked out. The room was clean and was prepared to give us the full experience. The spa receptionist was very informative and friendly. We are going to take advantage of other services they offered at 50% off, as well as another couples massage at the same price.
