Pillar To Post specializes in professional, thorough and honest home inspections. We take care of our customers and aren’t there for the quick buck. We inspect homes using the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice. We also have choices for our customers with 3 packages. Our Plus Package includes an inspection of all the major components of the home using the ASHI standards of practice. Our Premium Package also includes an infrared camera scan to find hidden leaks and electrical overheating issues that are invisible to the human eye, a lifetime maintenance advisory service, a basic rodent inspection, an appliance safety recall check and our enhanced customer satisfaction commitment. Our Prestige inspection includes all the previous as well as testing for mold and allergens. We also offer testing for lead-​based paint, asbestos, bed bugs, and methamphetamine residue. No other company has these types of offerings with our quality and commitment to customers.

Established in 2004.

Pillar To Post is a franchise with businesses in the United States and Canada. We are celebrating our 20^th Anniversary in 2014. We have served you locally since 2004, so 2014 will be our fist full decade of service to you. However, we are locally owned and operated with Joseph performing home inspections and his wife Sylvie performing local marketing. So we truly are a family owned and operated business. Sylvie and Joseph have 4-​children, so we know how important a house is for a family and Joseph inspects every house with that same care!

Hello, I’m Joseph Lang. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Cal Poly Pomona. In 2004 I began my local Pillar To Post franchise. I have performed over 2,700 home inspections and am a Certified Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). I have been married to my wife, Sylvie, for 13-​years and we have 4 beautiful children.
