Rockstar Computers & iPhone Repair is a Southern California based computer and personal technology repair and support firm. Rockstar now services thousands of customers in the Southern California area, as well as countless remote customers throughout the country and rest of the world. We service virtually any computer problem in a Windows environment, but also work on Apples too. We added game console, smartphone, and tablet repair in 2010. We expanded to La Verne in 2014 and we are currently working on expanding to the Boise, Idaho area.

Founder and Lead Technician, Eric Schuermann, has been working in a break/​fix IT environment since 1999 and always strives to be the best with a strong emphasis on customer service. Eric founded Rockstar Computers & iPhone Repair in 2001. He attended DeVry University in Pomona, Ca and Majored in Network & Communications Management. Eric has also worked for numerous tech giants such as Best Buy, CompUSA, Dell, Cingular, and AT&T. Here at Rockstar Computers & iPhone Repair, there’s no «passin the buck» or «kickin the can» like the big stores. «We always find a way to make it work or we’ll make it right!»

I appreciate Rockstar completing a job that was done correctly, with honesty, and with great customer service. Unfortunately I had to pay $ 100 again from so cal iPhone repair incorrect installation of a cheap after market screen that they won’t own up to their own mistake. Never ever again. I highly recommend Rockstar. They are solid and did a great job with the phone.

First impression… busy, cramped, a little disorganized. No uniforms, name tags, didn’t really create a welcome environment.
I called to get an update, they informed me what the issue was, but had not bothered to call me and ask about implementing the fix. Later I called them and they said they would call me after store hours to pick up my computer. No call was made that night. Finally received a call on Monday. Lack of communication.
Picked up the computer I had to ask about the details of the fix. The employee informed me the other person worked on the computer. The other person spoke loudly behind a small wall to explain, without getting up and walking 3 feet to speak to me. That’s just lazy, especially in a cubicle that size.
Issue on computer somewhat resolved, but still not working properly. Instead of wasting my time, I took it to another repair place in Rancho.
The other place the person was professional and courteous. Gave undivided attention and tested out some of the issues and made copious notes. Afterwards handed me a quote in an folder with a business card.
I will not be returning to Rockstar.

Shattered my iPhone screen right around closing time. Called ahead and they stayed open for me and fixed my screen in less than 20 minutes. Super clean job, and very courteous and professional guys. Highly recommend. They didn’t just fix my screen, they made sure the phone was in good working order too, to make sure I wasn’t just slapping a band aid on a bigger problem with the phone. They did some quick testing to make sure everything was functional after the impact that broke the screen. I definitely appreciated that.

Eric did a wonderful job both times I brought my iPhone in for repair. The first time I cracked the screen and he put in a new one and the second time that screen did not register with the phone and the display did not light up when I hit the power or home buttons. The second time he fixed it free of charge because it was within 90 days! Great service and two pleasant experiences. I will be a customer for life!

Awesome, fast, friendly, reliable! Took my iPhone 6 with a completely shattered screen here and they fixed it within 30 – 45 mins! In and out! They did a superb job because my phone looks brand new. I would definitely go there again and recommend this place to others in need of any type of cell or computer repair. Five stars!!!

Very friendly and nice people. I left my samsung galaxy s6, that had problems with the wifi and front camera. When i got it back, i was informed that the wifi couldn’t be fixed but they fixed front camera. They dropped the diagnostic charge which was pretty nice.
I tried powering up my phone but it doesn’t turn on, hmm I then power it up using the charger, and it was on a continuous loop of restarting, but it later it managed to go in android showing and switching back and forth from 0% to 100% battery. I also noticed bluetooth doesn’t work and the vibration feedback has a delayed response when hitting the back button (i know because i use my phone daily).
So I unplugged the charger just to see what happens, and phone instantly turned off. I’m honestly not angry, just a little sad to see my phone not work at all anymore.
I want to give 3 stars, but i wished they told me up front right when i got the phone back that has new problems. I hmm guess seeing the customers reaction to that can be scary, I know it would be for me if i was in that position. but i think it’s worth it, because honesty builds trust and the customer is going to find out anyway.
but yeah after some thought, I’m going have to ebay sell this phone now. selling and replacing my phone is currently the better option than trying to repair it in its current state.

Awesome place minus the small space. For their knowledge and prices you’ll overlook being cramped while you wait. Been using them for years. Just got my tempered glass screen protector for my new 6S for $ 20…half of what my cell provider sells it for at the store. You can get a case AND a glass protector for $ 25 total as a deal. If you need cell or laptop work… this is the place. They even do data recovery, screen replacements, etc.

Great place! I sent them a message at 10pm to get a quote and got a response within an hour, as promised. I dropped my phone off during my lunch hour. The person working there was very courteous and super helpful. I checked-​in onsite and got $ 10 off. When I went to pick up my phone it looked brand new. I’m so happy! Thank you so much for saving me the hassle of buying a new phone! Also, price is VERY reasonable. Highly recommend! :)

Definitely was very intrigued by all the awesome reviews. The guy that assisted me had a great personality.
I took my iPhone 6s to have a glass screen protector installed. For the few days it was fine.
Now? On the right side of my screen there is a huge bubble which won’t go away. It might be the quality of the screen protector.

Eric is the man! This is the 3rd time I have used RSC and every single time I’m actually HAPPY TO PAY THEM. Thats how good their service is! Always a straight shooter who actually explains what he is doing and how it will affect your computer. I had a super stubborn printer that just couldn’t install on my machine due to a conflict with some software… Eric was able to spot it and handle it no problem! He even did all of this REMOTELY so I didn’t have to spend my time lugging a CPU from my home office to the store. How could it get any better then that?
