By far the worst customer service ever. I have tired other locations with better service, But I live near by and like to go. But I will never step foot in here again. You need to hire some people that like working and will help you. I was treated poorly, when my discount wasn’t go thru. She explained to me that she will need to call the store manager. I said okay. Girl I thought she was going jump over the counter and let me have it. She was very upset. This last time, I was getting ready to pay, had my cc out, but was counting my money. I asked her where the Icon conditioner was that was usually on counter. she just point in the direction of the back. And starred at me with no smile. then just threw another brand at me and said just use this, and grabbed my cc, verses asking me how I was gonna pay. This is not how anyone should be treated. If it were up to me, no Stars for this location at all.

Worst customer service ever. Came 2 weeks ago to get a color I needed to re touch my hair. I already knew what I wanted and were it was so I was going to be in and out under 1min. Came 15 min before close and as I’m walking to the door this girl runs and LITERALLY grabs the door as I’m opening it and says«sorry we’re close» I told her you still have 15min till then and I just need one thing. She continues to close the door and locks it. Get back to my car and check the time and on my phone and it’s still 15min before close… never coming back don’t recommend this place. The girls at the Sally’s beauty supply on Philadelphia and benson are wayyy more polite and nice. Rather take a further drive for friendly customer service.

Don’t buy any hair products here or anything your not quite sure of. … they don’t honor returns even when they said they would. I never even opened the product. The manager said the employee didn’t give me the right information. RIGHT. That makes it my loss. No way SALLY. … NOMOREOFMYMONEY.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. My complaint is about an older lady named«Nancy». Lady, If you dont want to treat consumers with kindness, just quit your job. I went in today to purchase around $ 80 worth of colors for my mom’s business. I went to pay, with my mom’s business debit, and then Nancy told me that she would not be able to sell me anything because the owner of the card had to be present. Which is understandable… I was not mad at that. The UGLY attitude she gave me was what enraged me. I called my mom to let her know, and to see if she could come in and sign the receipt. My mom said she wasnt able, and then asked to speak with this Nancy lady… The lady then RUDELY says, NO! I dont have time to talk to her… Blah blah blah. My mom is a regular. She goes in every 2 weeks-month. She spends about $ 300 – 500EVERY month. Sally’s You just lost good business because of the HORRIBLEATTITUDE one of your employees had. I respect your rules of purchasing and the fact that u want to keep people’s accounts safe. But the attitude of someone is what can make people leave and never come back. Be careful who you hire. Make sure that they dont just fake their interview… Employees make a business thrive or fail. We wont be returning

Do not come or Attempt to come here because service and employees are SUCKS… you read it right, SUCKS… they don’t even try to help you, they rather stand up and talking and waiting for the time, rather than helping you… so don’t waste your time so rather go in somewhere else than coming to this store… so disappointed!!!

Im not too sure why everyone seems like they are in such a bad mood and rude to everyone that walks in. The employees, as well as the manager there all have crappy attitudes when I asked for help with the exception of one employee there. I took my business to the Sallys in Chino off Central and Philadelphia and it was like night and day. I received great service there. I will not be coming back to this Sallys and would definitely not recommend this Sallys to anyone else until they get an attitude adjustment or offer better customer service.

In the 16 years that I’ve been going to this sally’s beauty supply, I have never received such bad service as I received on yesterday afternoon. There were three employees on duty yesterday. But only one girl was on the floor. The checkout line had about seven or eight people in line. And there was at least four or five customers trying to get help. The other two girls were nowhere to be found. After finally asking was there anyone else to help us. The two other girls finally came out with attitudes. They did not help anyone really. Instead they where to busy trying to pass out their paychecks instead of helping the customers. If I did not want to drive across town to the other sally’s I would not have made my purchase. Won’t be back for awhile.

I love shopping here, I buy things from shampoo to hair dye and even there hot irons work great also! I’ve never had a time where I was here and experienced bad customer service. Whenever I walk in I’m usually greeted right away and the girls always seem friendly! If anything the only time I’m not completely happy with the service here is when the manager is at the register, it honestly seems as is she has no clue on what to do and she usually forgets to subtract the sale items. And I’ve never had any trouble using my Sally’s card! I’ve been shopping here for over 7 years and I’ve renewed my card faithfully every year. I’ve been at the store when people get upset because there trying to use an expired card or what seems to be a stolen one that wasn’t activated but the girls at the register have never given an attitude because of it, they usually tell the customer to call the customer service number to see if it can be fixed.

BARNONETHEWORSTEXPERIENCE! there are two girls working the morning shift… as we walk in none of them greet us, matter fact they both walk way from us. So now we are there looking for someone to help us. Finally, we get a girl to help us: so we explain that its our first time gluing in hair extensions and that we need the glue. The girl say she doesn’t know and walks away from us leaving us there wondering what happened. :/so now we are having to walk around the entire store looking for the glue. Finally we come across it so we buy it along with $ 70+ more worth of merchandise and im a penny short and the cashier does not want to let us go for a penny. she then becomes very rude telling us to hurry up and find her that penny because there are people waiting. we look behind us and NOONEISTHERE. finally we bring her the penny and she doesn’t thank us and walks away from the cash register with an attitude. never again will i go to this location!!! should have just gone to Bobo’s beauty supply across the street where they actually have good customer service.
