First time going. They value customer service. Fun clean atmosphere. Ms. Jenny has more than twenty years experience as a Nail Tech. and it shows. Mr. Don made my friend’s & my time there fun. We thank them for staying open longer and attending us.

It was my first time here and I had a pleasant experience. The place seemed clean and the techs were very nice!

Absolutely loved it here! I had decided to stop by and get a little pampering done for my birthday and I’m so glad I came here! Dawn is amazing and very funny. Made my cousin and I feel welcomed. Would not hesitate to come back

I started coming here after discovering Cathy! she is really good at doing nails. she takes her time and doesn’t rush you and push you out the door like all the others do… she puts the color on ur nails and makes sure you like it before proceeding. overall, I’m giving this place a 4 star only because I had one time another manicurist who rushed me and did a bad job on my toes… but now I just go and ask for the best, Cathy.

My mom recommended me to come here for my pedicure. I tend to get ingrown toes which at a point it was hard for me too walk. Nancy was amazing in knowing where to cut and get the pressure off. She took her time and kept asking me If I was ok. Great service with Nancy, and also Gina. No complaints.

Waited for about 20 min until I was sat down which was understandable considering the fact that they were working on a few customers.
Phuong did my nails she was a bit rude at first but eased up after a bit. Found it a little funny that she would almost smack my hand as if I were a child to take the powder off rather than use a brush which I’m used to. They also don’t do the hand washing routine like most places.
The service took about an hour, my nails came out alright and I was charged $ 30 for a gel full set WITHOUT A DESIGN OR SPECIFIC SHAPE. First time here and probably my last as well.

Worst service ever, the ladies were completely rude and bossy, also very rough .
One time my sister went and the man was making racial remarks when two African American ladies walked out.

Ask for Jenny she’s the only one I trust to do my nails. She’s awesome! I always leave happy :)

This is definitely my new spot. I came here when they had first opened about 3yrs ago or so and I was not pleased. But I recently started coming back again and I am glad I did Tiffany is my lady! She is so sweet and so gentle. She takes her time so expect to be there a little while but it is worth it, she is so thorough. I also needed a new eyebrow lady and it is so hard for me to trust someone with my brows and she did exactly what I asked. I definitely recommend this place and Tiffany. I have had one other girl before but forgot her name, she was ok but Tiffany is the bomb!

Let me preface this with; this was my go-​to place. They’re rather clean and generally do a good job on pedicures and gel manicures. That being said… I’ve never actually been asked to pay the menu price. I’m too shy to ask for a breakdown, but I’m sure they’re making up pricing as they go, and overcharging me. Plus, the amount of gossip between the employees is off putting. So out of principal for honest business I’ve taken my money elsewhere.

I don’t live in Upland but my son has to come to this city for baseball. With that said, my hands and feet were really neglected and I needed a mani/​pedi bad! I figured I could get them done in time to pickup my son. I was lucky to find Savy Nail down the street from where my son was. I was there first customer. I arrived at 9am and was greeted with a smile by the lady who helped me, her name was Tina. The salon is very clean and has many chairs to handle large parties. I purchased the Signature Pedi & Regular Mani. Tina did both for me. I was amazed by how detail oriented Tina was, she took her time to do both so well. Her massage was also awesome! She didn’t talk much, but that’s ok. I’m there to get my nails done and if she needs to not talk to focus on the task at hand, than I’m all for it! Both cost me $ 27…a fair price so I tipped her well. I was out of there by 10:20, hands down the best pedicure and manicure I’ve ever had. Thank you Tina you are very talented!

Love this place. Helen has been doing my nails for 10 years. I highly recommend her. she does exactly what I request.

I came here to do my eyebrows, Jenny the manager did a wonderful job. The second time my mom & I came to do our nails (acrylic) they came out beautiful. Helen did both of our nails.

I like this place for waxing devices.

My sister comes here all the time & so I gave this place a shot.
I got a full set and pedicure. My full set was done by Don & he is the greatest, very funny & nice! Along with that he was very detailed, took his time & made sure I was satisfied with my nails. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to catch the name of the woman who did my pedicure, but she did a great job as well, her massages had put me to sleep.
I normally go somewhere else when I’m in town & they never gave me the service I had received here so I’d say I’ve definitely found my new go to spot!

The nails ladies talk too much and it’s hard to relax «spa» means quiet relaxing pleasant nice But all their talk is disruptive and annoying also disrespectful since it’s not in English and they talk about customers.

Giving it a 2-​star rating because it was a bittersweet moment. I’m new to the area and was looking for a place that was affordable & pleasant. After driving for an hour in search of the perfect place I came upon here. The woman that did my pedi, Nancy, was great! I’m 8 months pregnant and was in need of a good tending to. I decided to get a gel manicure while there. The woman they did my mani, Tina, was very rough! She cut my fingers and then proceeded to laugh about it and say something in her language to Nancy. Once I started bleeding, she quickly apologized. Her hand massage was more like her trying to yank my arm!
So while the pedi was good, the mani was not. Especially the uncomfortable moment I had when they were laughing and looking me. It will be a while before I decide to come back.

I went to this place on Sunday and I can honestly say I’m never going back. First off, I walked in and no one acknowledge the fact I was standing there waiting. Once I finally got a technician to do my nails I told her I wanted a pink and white full set. When she was doing the white powder I told her I didn’t want it too thick. She became upset and told me that she didn’t agree with my request. She went on applying the thick white acrylic on 3 more nails. I told her once more I didn’t like it. She got mad and started talking in her
Chinese language,
Probably talking crap. Needless to say I was there 3 hours because I requested to have the ugly nails re done. I will never go back to this unprofessional place!

THE WORST place I have ever been to in my life.
If I had taken a rusty hacksaw to my nails I might have been happier.
Have no idea the lady (aka the Hacker) that did my nails but she barely talked to me. The Hacker kept putting on/​taking off her glasses like she couldn’t see detail so I’m afraid I let a semi-​blind person do my nails which is really the only excuse for the shitty job that was done.
Anyway of the 10 nails I’ve got, The Hacker left 4 of them bloody, she kept ‘slapping’ my hands as she was done filing even after I told her she was cutting me. Finally I must have looked beyond pissed bc she started asking me about my kids, was it my first time there etc — up to then I wasn’t sure if she spoke english. I showed her a photo of the design I wanted and she said «YES YES» yea that was a big fat lie. She tried to give me squared edge when I explicitly told her talon, she CUT my cuticles then put acetone on them and kept going «shh shh» when I told her they were burning like a mother. Then The Hacker doesn’t have the glitter needed to do my design and tries to use a totally off color and I told her no, that wasn’t the design, she says «It looks better» WTH? Like I give a crap what SHE thinks looks better?! I am the one who has to walk around with them! She kept pushing that stupid gel crap on me and then after 2 HOURS (for a freakin full set-​outrageous!) she dumped me under the dryer and painted another lady who worked there’s toenails. After 10 mins I got up and went to the counter and had to ASK to get taken care of. There were only 2 customers aside from me and 4 ladies (aside from the Hacker) working.
FINALLY she decides to come deal with her customer (Me) and she says «Ok I charge you for nails $ 20 and design $ 5 and Diamonds $ 4 and $ 5 FOR THE CUTICLE CUT» and right there I knew she was a delusional maniac. I let her know that there was no way on this earth or heaven or the burning pits of hell I was going to pay for that awful, painful, burning she called a cuticle cut. She says to me: «OK I just charge $ 2 for the cuticle cut» WTF??? So I said LOUDER (since she obviously didn’t understand the words coming out of my mouth) that I was not going to pay ONE RED PENNY for that hack job. She said ok after that.
If you hate someone but don’t want them to die (Karma sucks, I know) buy them a gift card to this hellhole for a full set w cuticle cut.
