Come join the Totally Twirling fun! Learn how to twirl a baton from a USA Twirling Ambassador and Champion. Baton twirling builds friendships, teamwork, rhythm, and fitness. We will have fun-​filled classes that will prepare you to twirl in parades, recitals, and competitions!

History

Established in 2008.

Totally Twirling began with director Brandie Holland’s passion for baton twirling. She began twirling when she was 3 and loves to share this unique sport with other young students.

Business Owner

Brandie Holland began twirling at the age of 3. She was twirling on a competitive team when she was 5. At the age of 9 she started solo lessons leading to becoming a state, regional, and national NBTA twirling champion. At 15, she began teaching baton and pom pom classes. In 2008, Brandie created her own baton group, Totally Twirling. In 2009, Brandie became the University of South Dakota’s Feature Twirler. Brandie was a twirling Ambassador to Peru in 2011 and 2012. Also in 2012, Brandie twirled in the London New Year’s Day Parade. In December 2012, Brandie graduated with a bachelor’s in elementary and special education. Now in 2013, Brandie has reopened Totally Twirling in Upland, Ca and is also a substitute teacher. She is also working on getting her NBTA baton judge’s license.
